Five stars! One of the springs broke on our garage door a couple nights ago. The next day I looked online and found Precision Garage Door Service. There were a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to give them a call. A representative was at my door in about two hours- just as they said they would be. The service person was courteous and professional. He explained a range of options with no hard sell. Work was completed very quickly, cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I worked with two different service technicians and both were very knowledgable and extremely service-oriented. Even with the glitch in not having the equipment needed on the second visit, Stu, who was not at fault, took ownership, was very apologetic and arranged a discount for me. He had the new opener installed in less than an hour and walked me through all the features before he left. I'm very pleased with the service and the opener!

Stu, our technician, and Terry showed up just a little late, but then went right to work. They did a great job and even offered us a slight discount. The garage door is better than ever. I was very impressed by Stu's professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with their garage door.

My rating is five stars, that's why I called Precision for this first time. After my failed attempt to replace the torsion springs, Mike repaired my garaged door in no time at all. Mike also gave me some very good advise on maintaining and caring for the door to insure best level of operation. I plan on calling back soon to have Mike replace the bottom weather stripping on the door. The garage is heated so this will help save on heating cost.

Bakari was very prompt and called 30 minutes before he arrived to make sure that he had the correct address. He assessed the situation and told me that all I needed was a new spring, without trying to give me a sales pitch on buying stuff I didn't need. That was much appreciated. When he was finished, he did show me something that could potentially cause me problems down the line. It was very informative and he was a quality technician. Would definitely call again if a repair is needed.

Mike Gonyo was the rep who came to my house two days in a row and he was a wonderful, conscientious installer! Mike was very thorough, and despite the cold weather took the time to explain the opener, the keypad and the workings of the garage door! The service call time estimate was very accurate. Our Tech quickly diagnosed the problem - a worn out inner gear on the Liftmaster unit, understandable after 15 years in operation. He also checked the other components of the door springs, etc. This is the second time we needed service and again very prompt and left the door system working and sounding great. All I can say is WOW. We found out our spring was broken at 7:35am. I found this company thru a Google search at 8:30am and they showed up at my house and had the door fixed by 10:30am. Rarely does this level of service exist with contractors. Also, we had all our rollers upgraded to nylon and two new springs and new bearings put in. I didn't realize how loud our door was until now. It's now whisper quite and ultra smooth. I highly recommend using Precision and we'll surely keep their contact info for future needs.

I called for a broken spring on my garage door. When Jim {the tech} checked the garage door he noticed the door buckled when the door hit the floor. He suggested it would be best to replace the door now rather than later. Jim found the door that will match the other doors in the condo complex. Very impressed. I told several people in our condo complex about the great service I received.

I selected Precision, because the quality of your work is excellent. You serviced our garage in 2010. Your two technicians that came on 10/11/16 were timely and very professional. They made an assessment, gave me an itemized cost and explained everything in detail. Kahalah and Nathan were excellent and knew their craft.
