From beginning to end, our experience was a prime example of how to take care of your customer. Cameron was helpful during our initial call and Adam was a great technician. He took time to explain the problem, what he would check for on his inspection and what was needed to replace and what he recommended to replace. His workmanship was great and the entire service call was done in less than an hour and a half. At the end he went through how to do quarterly maintenance. Rick Bourget called ahead of appointment time period to identify ETA which was helpful. He diagnosed the situation with the bottom seal, replaced it and at my request also did a check-up on system since it was some time from last work. He identified status of gear and sprocket chain drive and showed me the shavings and sprocket wear. They were replaced and drive was adjusted to be in balance on closing. He also checked the door closer and light. He was thorough and worked with efficiency in his work. These systems are pretty complex when you see them opened up. Staff has to know a lot about them. Also find that should have periodic check ups and keep lubricating the bearings etc. with synthetic spray - not oil.

Five stars! One of the springs broke on our garage door a couple nights ago. The next day I looked online and found Precision Garage Door Service. There were a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to give them a call. A representative was at my door in about two hours- just as they said they would be. Even with the glitch in not having the equipment needed on the second visit, Stu, who was not at fault, took ownership, was very apologetic and arranged a discount for me. He had the new opener installed in less than an hour and walked me through all the features before he left. I'm very pleased with the service and the opener!

My rating is five stars, that's why I called Precision for this first time. After my failed attempt to replace the torsion springs, Mike repaired my garaged door in no time at all. Mike also gave me some very good advise on maintaining and caring for the door to insure best level of operation. I plan on calling back soon to have Mike replace the bottom weather stripping on the door. The garage is heated so this will help save on heating cost.

Bakari was very prompt and called 30 minutes before he arrived to make sure that he had the correct address. He assessed the situation and told me that all I needed was a new spring, without trying to give me a sales pitch on buying stuff I didn't need. That was much appreciated. When he was finished, he did show me something that could potentially cause me problems down the line. It was very informative and he was a quality technician. Would definitely call again if a repair is needed.
