After having a laundry list of things that have needed repair at our house recently, Mike Gonyo has got to be the best technician I've ever dealt with. Mike was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He showed me everything he was doing, offered all the options, explained why, and handled any questions or concerns that I threw at him. I would recommend Precision to anyone, and tell them to make sure they get Mike to do their work. Precision & Mike Gonyo should be very proud. NICE WORK!!!!!

The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Mike Sukup responded and evaluated the condition, explained the status and gave me options to assure that the door system would operate reliably in the future. He replaced the springs, brackets, roller system, made adjustments to eliminate drafts and tested the motor. He obviously has great skills in this work. He is an asset to your company. Now we do not have to be concerned about door system failure or an accident.
