Have used them over the 35 years in our house. They are reasonably priced, same day or next day service and on time. Our technician Aaron was very good, explained repairs and was done when he said it would be done. Garage worked great when he finished. We highly recommend them.

Quick response time, technician Jacob explained everything really well. answered all questions that we had in an easy to understand way. Very personable, polite, respectful of property. Very efficient. Had all work done quick. Great that he had all parts needed right on his vehicle no wasted time traveling back and forth to get parts. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Brian, I just wanted to say Jake represents your company very well you couldn't find a better guy. He was honest professional and knew exactly what the problem was. His quick response was amazing he was very efficient and did a great job. I am so happy we now have garage doors that are quiet and open and close with the remotes. Matt was awesome…. His communication and ability to work independently around my schedule was appreciated. Although my repair cost was a bit of a sticker shock, all the parts replaced were definitely needed. Matt did a great job with the repair, explaining it, and getting it done in a timely fashion.

Precision Door Service came out in the same day to repair my garage door that wouldn't open. Kurt Schneider was the repair tech that fixed my problem. He explained in detail what was wrong with my problem and what the repair would be. He completed the repair in the timeframe that he quoted. Garage door is working great since the repair. Your technicians called before they arrived. When they showed up one man did the estimate. Then when I decided what serive they would perform, one person did ALL the work. The other person sat in the truck and did NOTHING! Thought this was very inefficient, may have been able to complete the work faster if both persons had been working on the fix. Work was done well and am happy with the completed job. Will recommend your service to anyone who needs work.

We called Precision based on their Muskego phone book ad. Dan the service man came the next day. He quickly found the problem, a badly worn motor gear caused by an out of balance door spring problem. 2 car Door was 15 years old. He gave us a price to replace the opener, springs, & end bearings. It was reasonable. Dan was very efficient & cleaned up when he finished. I was very satisfied.

Couldn't believe how fast they installed the opener, less than 2 hours. It would have taken me days to do it I'm sure. Did have a little glitch with the garage switch not working the next day. When they came back it was found to be a frayed wire. How that happened who knows but they fixed it no charge and I'm happy as a clam. Friendly, professional, courteous staff. And like I said earlier, they sure didn't fool around when it came to installing the opener. Looking to put a door in the future and you can bet I'll be giving you a call. Another job I can see them doing in under 2 hours that may take me days. Keep up the good work!!
