Pedro came on a Sunday for our garage door repair. Pedro did an excellent job. After the repair he explained what he did and then showed us how to oil the parts on our garage door. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Had an overhead garage door repaired. Very prompt in response and dispatch of service technicians. Technician came within two hours of my call. Did a complete inspection of the garage door and provided us with a list of options. The service tech was very professional and courteous in explaining the issues and presenting possible solutions. Very satisfied with the experience and definitely will use them again in future needs.

We turned our garage door care over to Precision in 2015 and have called on them every year since for maintenance as may be necessary and annual inspection/prevention care. We can't say enough good things about this company, its ownership, an their technicians; the office staff who handle our calls, do the scheduling, and answer our questions are also "top-notch"! Service providers arrive when they say they will; get right to work, explain everything, and are always open to questions. When repairs have been necessary, that work is done expertly and never requires follow-up care. If you want the best, including reason cost, Precision is your answer!

Our experience with Precision was excellent and then some. Our spring broke, so we couldn't open the garage door. Made the call and the next morning, their technician was there to make the repair. Kurt (the tech) was extremely friendly and walked me through all the different repair options available. No pressure, just good info. Made all the repairs, inspected the other components and even showed me some features our garage door opener had that we didn't realize! Everything was fixed and good as new within 45 minutes. Extremely happy with the service Kurt gave us.

Before he arrived, Technician Joseph Gaona had done some preliminary work to read through what he had done during visits in previous years so that he was aware of potential issues. He was very thorough about checking on the status of the battery problem on the control as well as in the physical opener. He asked if previous repairs had resolved the issues. He replaced the battery quickly and efficiently, asked if I had any 60 W bulbs and if I wanted him to replace them while he had the opener open. It felt like we were well taken care of by his service.

We were a no show at the specified time given to us. I called and was told we were put on a later alternate list. Unfortunately no one notified us and I wasted a day waiting. Poor office help might be suspected, but that's you're fault Brian ultimately. When we finally got our service done, Joe the technician was proficient and concise. Kudus there. Pricing is also an issue, checking later I feel that it was grossly unfair. I'm not happy and have good reason. My time is valuable too, but no one seemed to care...........

The chain on my garage door opener broke rendering my garage door inoperable. I called for service immediately, and Joe arrived within two hours, diagnosed and communicated the issue and options with me. He replaced the parts and had everything back in working order in about an hour. Joe was professional, courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the company for their immediate response and services, and would call them again in the future for maintenance and/or services.

Precision Garage Door did meet our expectations. Our problem is solved, most certainly. The high BBB rating did figure into our choosing Precision. Derrick, the technician serving our door, fully explained the extent of the problems with our very old door opener and gave us shorter term (less expensive) and longer term options. He was prompt, friendly, knew his business and how to address our situation, and efficiently installed our new door opener. Next time I call Precision, I shall ask for Derrick.

Our technician, Derrick, was timely, pleasant, courteous and professional. He spent time looking at our garage door and providing information and recommendations in a clear, understandable way. If we need help with our garage door I would not hesitate to call them again. My only regret is that I had a $20 coupon which I printed on my computer and forgot to give it to the service man!!

Precision doors definitely met our expectations. Pedro called and was here very soon. He explained what he thought the issue might be, and explained what he would do to correct it. Once he found the problem, he fixed it. He then informed us how we could check on things, and maintain them and correct before they worsen. Pedro is knowledgeable, polite, efficient and thorough. Absolutely the best.
