The chain on my garage door opener broke rendering my garage door inoperable. I called for service immediately, and Joe arrived within two hours, diagnosed and communicated the issue and options with me. He replaced the parts and had everything back in working order in about an hour. Joe was professional, courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the company for their immediate response and services, and would call them again in the future for maintenance and/or services.

Precision Garage Door did meet our expectations. Our problem is solved, most certainly. The high BBB rating did figure into our choosing Precision. Derrick, the technician serving our door, fully explained the extent of the problems with our very old door opener and gave us shorter term (less expensive) and longer term options. He was prompt, friendly, knew his business and how to address our situation, and efficiently installed our new door opener. Next time I call Precision, I shall ask for Derrick.

Our technician, Derrick, was timely, pleasant, courteous and professional. He spent time looking at our garage door and providing information and recommendations in a clear, understandable way. He explained all the prices and options. He made recommendations, but without any pressure and worked quickly and efficiently. My garage large door's opener's time had come to an end and we needed prompt service to have it replaced as the car was stuck in the garage. We got prompt phone service and next day Derrick came over, gave a clear overview of what needed to be done and what could be skipped and not only replaced the opener with a new LiftMaster model that is very quiet in less than 3 hours, but also checked and tightened the other driver on the smaller garage door free of charge. Precision Garage are true professionals and I will call them again with any of my garage needs. Highly recommended. Thank you for your help!

Joe arrived and asked about our garage door issue, ie, why it wouldn’t open. He considered three options as to what the cause of the problem could be, walked us through his work and solved the problem. He asked if we had any other garage door issues. We had one, and he tackled that one too, explaining what he was doing as he progressed. In all, it took less than 30 minutes.

Yes to your questions. Also, new parts (replacements) were purchased as well as cables replaced under warranty. This was our 4th work by Precision on our garage door since 2015 with parts installed then and routine maintenance performed in 2018 and 19; all work very professionally done by very capable technicians. Only disappointment was that in 2015, the trip charge was reduced $20 since new parts were purchased. That same $20 reduction of the trip charge disappeared with the 2020 repair work although new parts were purchased in addition to that covered by warranty.

We have used Precision since moving to Wisconsin so I called this morning when the door wouldn't close. They gave me an appointment for later today and sure enough Joe called and said he would be here in 30 minutes. He looked the problem over, gave me a quote and got fight to work. I liked the website when I was taken to it after searching for "overhead garage door" - or something like that. And there was the telephone number so I could call. Easy. I have wasted much time trying to find a telephone number on other websites. When I called it was easy to get an appointment without endless quests for more information about me. And the repair person who came was friendly, polite, and competent. I have accepted his advice.
