I couldn't be happier. This is my second very positive experience with Precision. Mike was great and fixed all our problems with both our doors. He was right on time and very professional. I wasn't expecting to get same day service but he was out to our house within just a few hours of my call.

Picked you from the Home Pages, not knowing what to expect. Your representative, Mike, was a pleasant surprise, and very efficient. The repair required Mike to "work outside the box" to get me back to operational. We were very satisfied. Did I mention it was the coldest day of the year?

Our garage door broke and wouldn't open. Luckily, Precision was able to come and save the day. Jezrel White was our technician. He was by far the nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with. Jezrel was super friendly and very professional. He was able to identify the problem, clearly explain it to me, install the new springs and get my garage door fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door issues.

5 Stars is my rating. I had a great experience with your company. This is the second time I have used your company. Krissy was great on the phone when I first called to set up the appointment, and Mike Zahn was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. It ended up being a simple fix of replacing my two plastic light sockets that were "fried" from constant use and jiggling on my overhead unit for the door I use most. Mike was in and out quickly. I would highly recommend your company.

The two technicians (Stu and Mike) arrived shortly after 10:00- perfect considering they were supposed to arrive between 10:00 and 12:00. They introduced themselves politely, quickly identified the problem, gave me an estimate of total cost and completed the work within an hour. Steve reviewed the itemized charges with me to insure I had no questions and carefully explained the 5 year warrantee period. I have used your service previously and was equally pleased with the service. Thanks you.

He did a great job of looking over our door and garage opener to make sure they were fine when he replaced the spring. WOW!!! Can't say enough what an awesome job Joe did repairing our garage door. He carefully inspected the door and made expert recommendations on what needed to be fixed and what didn't and explained why. He did an excellent job installing a new garage door system and replacing the worn component on the door itself. He was efficient with his time and left the job site in a clean condition. He was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all questions thoughtfully and at an appropriate level. I am very happy with the end product/result.
