Here is my experience. On a Saturday early afternoon I cam home, hit the garage door opener and the door only opened 6 inches and stopped. I found that one of the springs had snapped. I called the number on my garage door to get service. The call center took my information. A scheduler called back and said that there is no-one available over the weekend but could send someone out Monday. One of my cars was trapped int he garage. With the spring broke and the other one about to go the door was too heavy to lift. I then found Precision Door (844-737-3667) Company through Google and called. They setup an appointment for the next day, Sunday, between 10am and 11am. @ 10am: Dale Young from Precision Door called letting me know that he is 15 minutes out. @ 10:18am: Dale showed up and walked through the issues and did an overall inspection. The door hardware was in bad shape with very rusted door rollers, cables and very worn shaft bearings. He was able to replace all the broken and warn parts. The door is quieter than when it was new. Dale was very personable, professional and competent. The cost was also less than the original door company quote. Precision also provided a lifetime warranty for the work. I am a home owner with an aging house so I have many experiences with service companies. This experience by far was the smoothest and most hassle free.

Garage door cable broke on a Sunday and was able to get it repaired the same day at no extra cost compared to a week-day! Nick provided skilled, efficient and professional service. We received new cables and brackets plus had our springs checked and rebalanced. Nick explained the problem, the repair and even gave us advice for maintenance. I wish to praise a worker of yours by the name of Mr. Jezrel White, who works out of the Madison, WI area. He has been to my home twice in the last 6 months to (1) install a new LiftMaster opener and (2) to repair a broken spring on my garage door. This gentleman is a hard worker, so very polite, courteous and respectful! I cannot say enough good things about this young gentleman, except that this company is so very fortunate to have him on the payroll!

I chose Precion because they had previously given prompt excellent service in replacing my door opener . I called them on a Friday night at 7pm and by 8:30pm Mike arrived and diagnosed the broken cables and replaced them. We did not want to leave our Garage door half open. I was very happy with the service from the very professional woman dispatcher ( I forgot to write her name so I hope she receives my thanks) , the manager for approving the late night call. I was also very pleased that Mike asked me to check some simple diagnostic questions so I would not need to pay a emergency service call for something easily fixed my me. UNFORTUNATELY, I COULD NOT REPLACE CABLE AND REWIND THE SPRINGS. I ALSO APPRECIATED THE EASE OF THE BILLING ON TECHNICIANS IPAD AND EMAILING OF THE RECEIPT. Our garage door broke and wouldn't open. Luckily, Precision was able to come and save the day. Jezrel White was our technician. He was by far the nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with. 5 Stars is my rating. I had a great experience with your company. This is the second time I have used your company. Krissy was great on the phone when I first called to set up the appointment, and Mike Zahn was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. It ended up being a simple fix of replacing my two plastic light sockets that were "fried" from constant use and jiggling on my overhead unit for the door I use most. Mike was in and out quickly. I would highly recommend your company.

The two technicians (Stu and Mike) arrived shortly after 10:00- perfect considering they were supposed to arrive between 10:00 and 12:00. They introduced themselves politely, quickly identified the problem, gave me an estimate of total cost and completed the work within an hour. Steve reviewed the itemized charges with me to insure I had no questions and carefully explained the 5 year warrantee period.
