This had to be one of the best experiences I have had with a company coming to my house to do work. First, the receptionist who took my information and spoke with me was more than helpful. Next, I was able to get the same day scheduled. Finally, the technician who arrived was super nice and explained everything to me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with such a unfortunate event.

This is the kind of service we all truly need! My business needed repair on a dock door. Unfortunately too large for company. I was told the problem, and did not receive an invoice for the call! Precision will be on my list when service is required at my home.

The technician (Mario) was thorough and checked everything. He replaced the seal on the bottom of the door like he had done it a thousand times before. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needed garage door service or a new door.

The technician was awesome, fully explained everything. The pricing however is not competitive and I would not have done the repair if I did not need the door to work that day. The additional $250.00 "safety charge" is pure mark up. Price should have been $375.00 for the spring installed. For this reason I will not be a repeat customer

I had a door spring break, and after consulting with my friends, called Precision. Kailee did a great job greeting me, asking about the issue and getting me on the schedule. Mario called me about 30 minutes before his arrival, and was very friendly. He assessed the garage door, springs and other systems, and gave me several options. I did opt to only do the springs at this time, but the next time my garage door needs service, Precision is getting the call. Mario was on the task and made sure everything was done well. He showed me what to lubricate to keep problems to a minimum, and was fantastic to work with.

My garage door just stopped closing. I called Precision, and they sent someone out the same day! Mario went above and beyond for me. He was fortunately nearby, and called to see if he could come early. He was here in 10 minutes, checked everything, and fixed the problem quickly. He was friendly and courteous. Thank you, Mario AND Precision!

The serviceman who fixed my problem last fall was amazing. Because of that I chose Preecision to install a new overhead door. The salesman was just as amazing.

I called in the morning and spoke with a human (local, and didn't need to leave a message on a machine)! I needed to have the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door replaced. I was able to get same day service, and it was done within three hours of my initial call. Great service and very professional!

I called because my garage door fell off the track and was significantly damaged. The tech was able to come out the same day which was amazing! The quote to fix was very high so I decided to replace the door. I received a quote and decided to go with the company. I called 6 times and left messages. One with a person and the other 5 on a recording. I have not received a call back. They have lost my business.

This is a fantastic company. Mario was just here. He explained everything to me and answered every question I had. He gave me options to consider. The job he did was great. He got the door running like it's supposed to in a short time. He is so friendly and helpful. I won't be calling any other company to fix any problems I ever have.

Your service technician was exceedingly patient in explaining things to me and offered to have me talk with Lock master to best assure that I’d be satisfied with the work that he was doing/ offering/ explaining. He replaced my keypad and showed me how to program it/ use it. I value his ability to stay patient despite my repeated concerns which, as it turns out, were not based on accurate information- because he went that extra mile to get by questions answered abd have someone reconfirm all that he said I now trust his judgement and will call again for him to provide service should I need future assistance. It’s a rare person who can stay present abd patient in the moment without showing frustration or annoyance in the face of my lack of trust initially. I give him so much credit for being that person today. Waujesha Cuty Resident

Years ago, we used Precision Garage Door and were immensely pleased with the work. But we misplaced the invoice from years ago and could not remember the name of Precision Garage Door. We went with another firm to repair our garage door which was operating poorly; it would not close all the way without a lot of effort. Suffice it to say that this other firm's work was substandard, and after only a few weeks, the garage door exploded off the track and was incapable of moving either up or down as it was wedged in the garage door opening. Thankfully, we rediscovered Precision Garage Door, and the technician resurrected the door so that it is now moving as smoothly as when new. This job was done quickly and to professional standards. My wife and I believe a five-star rating for this company does not go high enough.
