Precision Door Service will be our go-to firm for any garage door needs from now on, and we highly recommend them. We had a major failure on one of our doors and were looking for someone who could make repairs as soon as possible. We called Precision at 11am on a Saturday, and the technician was already on the job by 1:30pm. We especially appreciate how the technician, Sedrick, took time to fully explain the problem and what it would take to fix, how much the repairs would cost, and how we can maintain not just the door he rebuilt but the other doors as well to help minimize problems in the future. If we need similar services again, we will definitely call this firm and ask for the same technician.

Took a little longer for the parts to come in then I was originally told, but other then that I thought both reps that showed up at the beginning and the end were very helpful, honest, and knowledgable. Nick, who installed my garage door did an awesome job. He was done installing way faster than i would have though, and it looks great.

Wow, from the time I called them until the job was completed, was only 2.5 hours. Sedrick Huppert did an outstanding job of evaluating my whole garage door's problems. Believe me, most of the parts were in bad condition. All HAD to be replaced. Now the garage door opens smoothly and is quiet as a mouse. About 12:20 P.M. on Saturday, New Years Eve, I noticed the torsion spring on my garage door had broken. My fear was that I would be locked out for the weekend. I found Precision Doors on the Yellow Pages, then checked their website for more information. I called Precision, and was told a tech would come between 2 and 4. Jason arrived about 1:45. He explained the two choices of springs that were available, and the reasons that both should be replaced together. Jason completed the installation and door operation check up to my satisfaction in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision to my friends.

Just a thank you for a job well done. Your technician, Jason Masch, was here a little ahead of time, was polite, introduced himself, and let me show him what I thought was wrong. Then he explained to me what he was going to check. When he was done he told me what was wrong and what he replaced. He also showed me what he would recommend to be done also. Nick and Sedrick were my service technicians and they did a truly great job. They called in advance, came right in the middle of the "time window" that was scheduled, listened to what I tried to explain about my issue and serviced my door in an exceptional manner.
