Colby came to fix my haunted garage door. Every once in awhile it would open without us opening it. We thought maybe someone in the house did it and forgot. But the nasty poltergiest was screaming for attention on Sunday, up it goes and two minutes later down it goes. So we locked it thinking it was a fluke. Sat down for a minute and up the door goes. Thank heavens unplugging it stopped. Colby came and decided it was the logic board. Thinking it was fixed and ready to write up the bill, down goes the garage door. Omg! What is going on?? After very patient work and calling tech support he had an idea on his own that it was the wall button. He took it off and with his experience he spotted the problem. We opted for another universal opener than a button on the wall. He got ius all set up. The mischievous ghost is gone and our door only opens and closes at our command now. Thank you for your patience Colby. That was a puzzle to figure out! And I'm so relieved I didn't need a new logic board or new garage door opener!!

Had two springs, bearings and rollers replaced. Technician was knowledgeable, made recommendations, but didn't feel like I was pressured to purchase 'extra' services. Service was done in less than an hour. Would use them again, but hopefully not for a while!

I liked every step of the way. My call was late in the night and the rep was able to get me an appointment the next day. Then the technician who came home walked thro the items that had to be replaced. Weighed the pros and cons. Gave the change in price for every combination of the replacement parts. The drive sprocket had snapped right off the top of my Lift Master motor. I assumed I'd be buying a new motor for hundreds of dollars. But Nick and his trainee took the motor apart and replaced the sprocket, all for about $165. This was my second experience with Precision. I would unquestionably recommend them.
