I went online for garage door companies and your site was there with so many people writing wonderful comments about your company and they were absolutely correct. The cable on our large double garage door broke Sunday afternoon, trapping 2 of our cars in the garage, as the door was askew and we couldn't even lift it manually. I called Precision right away, and was answered by a live person (not an answering machine!) who immediately scheduled us for a service call between 10 am and noon the very next day. The 2 technicians arrived as scheduled, and had the door repaired and working, and much quieter than it had been, in a short time. They accepted my coupon to cover the trip charge, and the remaining bill was $275, which I thought was very reasonable, as the door is very heavy and has the heavy-duty type of springs--a challenging job. The technicians were friendly and professional, and they did a great job! I will always call Precision for all my garage door services.

The service tech, Brandon, was able to one sooner than the schedule time. He was very professional and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. This company has great customer service, something I always look for. Can highly recommend them. They are also reasonably priced.

Will definitely refer you, I had such good service and professional recommendations. Came out on a Saturday an hour earlier than orig. said. Couldn't do the structural board that had come loose but was referred to JD Griffith for that. Called them at 7 this morning, still haven't heard from them, am hoping they are as good as Precision. Will purchase product from you after board is secured if possible. A big thank you to the person that came out Sat., he was so helpful and I'm sorry I didn't remember his name.

Called on a Friday afternoon with broken spring that prevented garage door from opening. Set appointment for later that day. Owner called back and offered to reroute a tech to arrive earlier. Yeah. Tech noted broken spring condition, inspected entire system, made replacement recommendations, Tech repaired the problem and replaced several other worn and failing parts in approx an hour. All systems work as they should. Seriously, service like this could not be any better. 5 plus stars!!!!!

Our service technician Dan was great. We had a broken spring and he gave a few recommendations after he looked at everything. He didn't pressure us into anything. We ended up getting more than the spring (both springs, cables and rollers) replaced but that was our choice. We got the lifetime warranty also. Dan was fast and made sure that the door worked properly before he left. I am glad that I read so many good reviews and went with Precision.
