Called to find out what the cost to replace springs would be, as I was checking around. I was told $69.95 for service call and $179 for spring, I said back to girl on phone "so $70 & $180 and she said yes". Was surprised when it came to $442.95. I should of been told $69.95 plus $179 for each spring and $15 for enviro surcharge for $442.95 Needless to say I will not use them again.

I would like to commend Precision for not only being very professional but also very honest and trustworthy! I called to have a new garage door opener installed and when the technician got there he evaluated the current one and said the one I have is fine. He reset the latch cleaned and did some maintenance (lube/oil/etc). I am a 77 year old and while he could have easily sold me a new garage he did the right thing saving me over $300!!! Thank you being a customer first over profit company. When I do need a new garage door opener you will be the only call I make. Thank you.

Extremely pleased! Technician, Rick Bourget was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Within an hour, he had my non-working door opener disassembled, replaced the worn-out parts, and reassembled. His safety inspection resulted in the recommendation to replace my worn door rollers which were creating "drag". My old bearing type rollers were replaced with new nylon rollers. Now my door "glides" in the track, and moves much more smoothly and much quieter. My opener and door are working just like new! Thank you Rick, for a job well done!

Here is my experience. On a Saturday early afternoon I cam home, hit the garage door opener and the door only opened 6 inches and stopped. I found that one of the springs had snapped. I called the number on my garage door to get service. The call center took my information. A scheduler called back and said that there is no-one available over the weekend but could send someone out Monday. One of my cars was trapped int he garage. With the spring broke and the other one about to go the door was too heavy to lift. I then found Precision Door (844-737-3667) Company through Google and called. They setup an appointment for the next day, Sunday, between 10am and 11am. @ 10am: Dale Young from Precision Door called letting me know that he is 15 minutes out. @ 10:18am: Dale showed up and walked through the issues and did an overall inspection. The door hardware was in bad shape with very rusted door rollers, cables and very worn shaft bearings. He was able to replace all the broken and warn parts. The door is quieter than when it was new. Dale was very personable, professional and competent. The cost was also less than the original door company quote. Precision also provided a lifetime warranty for the work. I am a home owner with an aging house so I have many experiences with service companies. This experience by far was the smoothest and most hassle free.

Initial contact for service did not go well. Operator's headset was not working correctly and kept cutting in and out. I called back again and was able to schedule a call but with difficulty. The service tech and a trainee arrived exactly on time as scheduled. They had the required cables and brackets on the truck and were able to fix the problem in about 45 minutes. Both techs were pleasant and professional in appearance. This was my third experience with Precision Door in 16 years. I will continue to call them as needed and would recommend them to anyone else needing garage door service.
