My cable broke on a vacation day! Yup, stuck in the garage late afternoon. I found Precision Door Service by Googling garage door repairs. I was hesitant when I called and the person I talked with was in a different city. She was nice, professional and assured me they could have someone there within 2 hours. I took the gamble and was VERY GLAD I did! The guy who repaired my cables/door was professional, polite, nice, and very efficient. Garage door was making a "slam" noise each time opened or closed. Stu came and in 5 minutes saw the problem and had it fixed in another 15 minutes. The team at Precision was responsive, attentive and professional from start to finish. We enjoyed working with Alex, our installer. He had a great sense of humor, spent time to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction and was a delight. He was great with out dogs and helped us understand our new opener, remotes, keypad, and the cool new wireless features of the opener too.
