Customer Service Rep who took the call was friendly and helpful and got me an appointment quickly. Service technician (Joe G.) showed up on-time as scheduled. He evaluated the problem quickly and provided me with alternative solutions to ensure that the issue was fixed. I opted for the one that will hopefully last well into the future. He said he needed two hours to complete the job, was done in less that and left only after I was fully informed and satisfied. He clearly knew what he was doing and I sincerely appreciated his knowledge and his dedication to doing the job right.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on Thursday morning and they were able to get a technician to my home that same afternoon. I had a 29 yr old opener that finally quit working. After discussing my options with Joe (the tech), I decided to go with the Liftmaster DC Belt Drive Opener and new rollers for the door. The whole install took about 2 hours and has made a big difference in our garage. The entire system is made with high quality components ie. opener, belt, rail, rollers, LED lights, and a wall button/pad. The LED lights are super bright and illuminate the whole garage, and the operator and belt are very quiet. We are very happy with the professional installation (thanks Joe) and the entire process! Customer service person answering initial phone call was extremely nice and helpful and I got an appointment for the next day with Joe who explained aspects of the door purchase very clearly and gave me multiple estimate options. He considered three options as to what the cause of the problem could be, walked us through his work and solved the problem. He asked if we had any other garage door issues.
