I've been meaning to get my garage door fixed for many years and saw Precision Doors ad in a monthly coupon magazine. I called them to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. The employee showed up earlier than the appointment time (which was fine) and got right to work. He showed me what was wrong, did a quick estimate and I approved him to do the work. Since it was a repair it was done quickly and efficiently. The employee was kind and respectful.

We are closing on our house in 3 days. When something wasn’t working right with our garage door not closing, I freaked out. I called Precision on Friday hoping they could come out before the weekend was over. They set me up on Saturday with Colin. He figured out the multiple issues and fixed them all quickly. The professional was very courteous, and repaired the broken outlet in my garage door opener, and the lights are back on, and working fine. In the past I have purchased a new belt drive garage door opener system from your company, as well as a new spring, and rubber weather stripping for the bottom of the door. Our technician, Derrick, was timely, pleasant, courteous and professional. He spent time looking at our garage door and providing information and recommendations in a clear, understandable way. He explained all the prices and options. He made recommendations, but without any pressure and worked quickly and efficiently. Just getting quotes on a replacement garage door. Scott came and was very professional.
