I am sorry I didn't take care of this sooner. We needed someone to service our two garage doors. It was at least five years ago that we had someone service our garage doors. I would give your technician an A plus for the work he did and for his explanations of the benefits from the work he did. I would definitely ask him and your company to do that work again.

One of my garage springs broke on the week-end. The service man, Derek, arrived at my home two hours after my call in. Derek was the three Ps, precise, professional and polite. He walked me through the things that needed replacement and had a quote for me in 10 minutes. He completed the installation of two new springs, 3 new bearings in the spools, new cables, new bottom cable attachment hardware, and balanced the door in about 1 1/2 hours. This was exceptional service and thoroughness. I highly recommend Precision for servicing and/or replacing your garage spring system. If there were a rating higher than five stars I would give it.

I called on Friday and technician Derrick was at our house Sat at 9AM. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival. My garage door was not broken so it was not an emergency. I just wanted a quiet opener. Derrick did an inspection snd advised of some maintenance that should be done on the door at some point. We asked him to do it while he was here. After opener was installed he explained and showed me all the features. He was here less than two hours. I am very happy with my new, quiet opener and must say that Derrick is a very friendly, polite, and capable technician. All this for a reasonable price. Thank you.

Kurt was very helpful--gave us all the info on our garage door we needed to make decisions. I know companies have to make a profit, but I wish you could reconsider the price of installation for the garage door opener--$250 is a bit steep.....

I've just moved back to Milwaukee and was very concerned about a 47 year old iffy garage door opening system. Sears brand, by the way (that' s a bit of a wow durable product). I contacted Precision based on a quick Google search. A very professional and swift reply occurred to where I could get same day estimate and all work done. Not bad. Service tech was very fine and a fine communicator, also in terms of his ETA. I was given three levels of equipment features and a reasonable price for my selection. When I discovered the price included not only the machine but the rails and a long overdue safety upgrade, I believe the price was very fine and the service was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend the company and the service tech Eric N. I've been in Retail and the Restaurant businesses for a very long time.
