The chain on my garage door opener broke rendering my garage door inoperable. I called for service immediately, and Joe arrived within two hours, diagnosed and communicated the issue and options with me. He replaced the parts and had everything back in working order in about an hour. Joe was professional, courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the company for their immediate response and services, and would call them again in the future for maintenance and/or services.

After being no showed by a repair shop in the neighborhood I called Precision and got a same day appointment on a Saturday! The representative who answered the call was courteous and professional scheduling and confirming everything including my "Covid comfort level" and if the tech was available earlier if they could come earlier. The technician called and said he was available early and confirmed that he could come. Michael came examined the door and determined the spring had broken. He gave a thorough estimate and explanation giving me 3 options. Within about an hour he had completed the repair and cleaned up. Fantastic service, much appreciated.

Due to an unexpected breakdown of our overhead garage door on Sunday as we were leaving for Church, we needed to find help fast so that we could get our cars out and secure our home, as the door would not open, We did manage to open it with the manual release but after closing it would not open again. This emergency prompted us to look for help fast and on a Sunday morning, we did not expect to have much success in doing so. Upon our return home I immediately checked the internet and found the website for Precision and low and behold they had a 24 hrs 7 day phone number I called and spoke to a very professional and helpful lady who got us set up right away for an earlier Monday morning repair I was amazed and thankful. I read the reviews for Precision and in doing so felt we made a wise choice, However experiencing their work in person would be the real judge and we can only say that after their service agent Collin Horsch contacted us to tell us what time he would be arriving as promised and the subsequent repair he completed for us we can only say that a 5-star rating of his company is well earned, he was professional and most helpful in explaining our options, he worked quickly and professionally to complete our repairs to our full satisfaction.
