Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night and we called Precision on Saturday and it was fixed on Sunday. Eric was our technician/ he arrived in a timley manner and completed the work in a courteous and timley maner. results were excellent and the gradge door works smoth and quiet now. he had to re mount the bracket to the garage ceiling because the wood where it use to hang was all rioed up. overall execllent service and work
