I have been watching your Ad during the channel 15 news each morning as I get ready for work. I finally decided to give you a call. Setting up the appointment was easy and fast. There was a time slot for the very next day. That didn’t work for me due to work. I was able to schedule for a time that worked for me. Kurt arrived on time for the appointment. Very friendly and personable. He asked me my concerns and listened. I was provided a good, better, best option. Told me it would take about an hour but, he finished slightly ahead of time. My garage door sounds better today than the day I bought my house new. I could not be happier. Kurt was great to work with. Local businesses could use more Kurt’s. I absolutely pleased with service and repair. So happy I called.

I choose Precision because I was able to call on a Sunday and schedule an appt. for the next day on Monday. Most places are not open on weekends or the evenings to take your phone call. The service technician - Colin Horsch was very professional and took the time to answer any questions that I had. He did a wonderful job and would recommend.
