Found you in the yellow pages after a cable broke on my garage door, like the fact that you listed the flat amount charged for the service call. It was very easy to call and schedule my appointment and was told my Service Technician's name. I also liked receiving the e-mail confirmation. Rob Larson was very courteous and professional. He described/explained all of my options. He replaced pretty much all of the moving parts except the garage door. My garage door opener had seen better days; it was nice he had one on hand to install. I highly recommend Precision!

Good afternoon. On Thursday, June 9th, I called your company to get my broken garage door spring fixed. I learned of your company from seeing an ad in the local Pewaukee phone book. I spoke to Teresa, who was able to schedule the repair that morning between 9-11 AM. Within that time period, the repair person showed up at my house. He was very courteous and friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly to me. The technician was able to fix the broken spring, but also fixed my garage door opener unit (that I had broken while dealing with the broken spring). He also suggested replacement of the rollers, which I agreed to. Overall, I was very pleased with his work. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, of which I appreciated. I am a strong believer in positive feedback when warranted. I wanted to make sure I made you aware of my experience with Precision Door Service. Thank you very much.

This was a needed "return" call on May 16, since the garage door mechanism was originally repaired on April 18. I called at 9 am, an appt.was quickly made at Dane County number, for 12 noon to 2. Joe and Rob showed up right on 12, and had the door working by 12:30 (electrical connection). Great service!

I walked into the garage on a Sunday morning to find the door partially open, angled unevenly with a track bowed out horribly on one side. After a brief internet search, I selected Precision Garage Doors due the multiple positive reviews. I called them, and a technician arrived roughly 40 minutes later. Spencer was very positive and knowledgeable, quickly assessing the situation and concluding that it was not nearly as bad as I had envisioned. Within an hour or so, he had not only fixed the door, but had it operating smoother and quieter than prior to its malfunction. The replacement parts were fewer than I had anticipated and the price was reasonable - especially given that the door was fixed two hours after I realized it was broken! I would recommend Precision and will definitely call them again.

My technician was Joe and he was an expert troubleshooter and resolved the problems with both garage door in a short time. The technician showed up at the house within a couple hours of the call to Precision- outstanding turn around.

We discovered we had a broken spring around 7:00am on a Friday morning. A quick Google turned up Precision, and the positive reviews and 24 hour phone service got my business. I called about 7:30am and got an appointment between 8-10am that same day. Stu called about 9:00am and said he be there in about a half hour. At 9:30 he arrived and went over the problem and replacement cost. Prior to the spring failing, my garage door sounded pretty terrible opening. As Stu worked on replacing the springs, he found some other issues due to a sub-par installation. He ended up making some additional repairs and replacing a few other components. In about an hour and a half I had a quiet working garage door again. I would recommend Stu and Precision to any needing a repair.

My family and I just moved into this house at the end of January. Your sticker was located in our garage. With our previous house we had used a different garage door repair service but we decided to use Precision because we thought the previous owner had used to before. I am happy to report the service technician was very nice and completed the service to my satisfaction.

After calling Precision Door, they were able to send a technician out to our house within a few hours. I was not expecting someone to come out so quickly or in the evening. Our door would not stay down and it had become a big problem. The technician replaced the sensors and also reset our keypad. The price for the service call, parts, and labor was fair and the work was done quickly. I am very happy with the service.
