I found Precision Door on the web. Same day repair is what caught my eye! It was a pleasant experience from that point on. From the friendly gal that made the appointment, to the prompt arrival of Mike. I had 2 doors that were in need of repair. Mike explained everything before starting his work, and in about 45 minutes I had two working doors, that worked better that they ever had before. Mike was a super nice guy, and his work was top notch. The entire process from the time I called to schedule, to the finished job took about 3 and a half hours. Incredible. When my wife came home, I got a big hug.

Outstanding customer service. I originally called another company to repair my garage door and after two appointments and no one showing up, I called Precision. The appointment setter got me a same day appointment. Mike called me twice to confirm appt. and to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time and immediately started inspecting my door. I was impressed by the professionalism and speed in which he repaired the door. I would call Precision again if I have a garage door issue, because I know I will be treated professionally and no matter how small the job is they will make me feel as if I'm the most important customer they have. Last Wed the 25th of January our garage door opener decided to stop! Okay, who to do...open the yellow pages! I then called Precision Door because they service the Mukwonago area. I called and Rachel (a very kind customer service person) set me up for an appointment that same day! Mike arrived! He was professional, articulate and extremely knowledgeable on all of his product! He was very quick to give us his diagnoses along with his free advise! We ended up having a new opener installed. Mike was quick and thorough! We are so pleased with the service all the way around from Precision Door and will strongly recommend them! In this day and age of declining customer service, it was very refreshing to meet Mike! He is a wonderful first and lasting impression of your company! Wishing you good success in the future.

I called you when the cable broke (I thought) on my garage door. I was given an appointment time between 5 and 7PM and asked that the tech call before he came. About 5:40 Mike called and said he would be here around 6:00 and we agreed he would call when he arrived. AT 6:00 he called to tell me that he was here and I went out to meet him and open the service door. When we (he) inspected the problem, it showed that the cable did not break but had come off of the drum. Mike then said he has going to try to reset the door. After working on it for some time, even though he wanted to keep trying to make the old system work, upon seeing the condition of one of the old drums, I made the decision to go with the conversion. He then proceeded to do a very professional job of converting my old system. One other thing that impressed me was the appointment email, It really gave me a "warm fuzzy" that I had picked a good company. I figured anyone who posts their employee's pictures on that email was not about to rip me off.

The woman who answered the phone was also very professional in explaining the service plan. Being willing to work in the evening, after normal work hours, was also a benefit.

Great experience all around. Outstanding customer service. I was able to immediately schedule the appointment. Service technicians arrived exactly when they said they would. Performed work requested. And after evaluation, they found some other issues with the garage door that I didn't realize were problems. They explained the issues to me and asked if I wanted to pursue those fixes. They were able to do the fixes while they were here, and the difference in performance is amazing --- way quieter and smoother. They also recommended against some other work I was considering (replace the sweep) explaining that my issue is with the concrete floor. Thank you very much, I'm so glad I found you. Prompt service. Called when he was on his way. Pointed out what was broken and needed repair as well as what was wearing but not yet broken. Provided separate quotes for fixing the broken parts and another quote for what it would cost to also replace the worn parts. Helpfully gave a ball-park estimate as to how long the wearing parts would last so I could decide what I currently wanted to replace. He had a pre-emptive, informative, but not overly pushy approach. Courteous, and quick repair.

Chose Precision because their Yellow page add was the largest and most professional looking. Stu and his helper inspected my garage door and suggested several options to repair it. We went with the full repair and adjustment package. They replaced both springs, bearings, cables, drums and all door rollers. They then mounted a better bearing/track support and replaced the track car that was wearing out from wear. Finally they adjusted and lubricated the entire range of moving parts on the door. This was all performed in about an hour. The door now runs smoother and quieter than I can ever remember. I am very pleased with their workmanship and don't expect to have any problems with the door for many years to come. Thank you again.
