18 hours after discovering my broken garage door spring, I have a fully operating door with all new parts and it looks/sounds a million times better. In addition, I learned way more than I ever expected about garage doors and their upkeep!!! Stu was very patient with explaining it all to me and then my husband again when I called him to discuss options. He showed me all the old parts/issues and how to take care of the new rollers and door overall. He checked the whole system out and even took a look at the other door "since he was there" just to make sure it was all good to go too! No one likes to have an issue but I love that we found a great new ally to add to our phonebook for when those unexpected problems do show up.

Mike Gonyo did a very professional job on our garage door. He was able to locate the problem quickly, explain what was happening with the garage door when we tried to open it, and how to resolve it. He explained our different ways of resolving our issue. He was very polite and did not force us into buying anything in particular. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door because of this and the fact that they were able to respond to our issue quickly and their cost of service was cheaper than another well-known Garage Door repair service in the area.
