The technician Jake, arrived at my home early, explained the features of the units that were available, and then went right to work. In just over an hour, the opener was installed. I chose your company based on the reviews I read. It pretty much was a "shot in the dark" decision as I wanted a company that services the Whitewater area, which isn't exactly overrun with garage door specialists and none with your companies experience and positive reviews. Matthew Berends was excellent, obviously has a lot of experience and very personable. As they say, "this wasn't his first rodeo"! The job went much faster than expected, the site was cleaned up before he left, and the details of the function of the remotes, the remote key pad, safeties and an explanation of programming the remote function in one of my cars were informative. If I still owned my engineering company he's the type of employee I'd hire! Great job.
