My garage door would not open. Called on a Sunday and they returned my call within minutes. Bill arrived Monday morning and did a fantastic job repairing parts of the door that needed updating. It’s like a new door was installed. Glides open and closed with no noise and shuts completely. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great customer service

Everything went exceptionally well. Colin come early the next day, checked out the door and gave me two quotes, explaining my options. He was polite and knowledgeable. I think the whole job only took a half hour, which amazed me. The quick response was a major factor, local is very good and your BBB rating counts too. The cost came in below what I expected even though I went for new rollers. I would definitely recommend you to friends and neighbors. I am very pleased. The guy that had shown up, looking at the exterior of the door and straight up said "They do not make doors to fit your garage, you will have to rebuild the entire garage" However, the estimate we got before this one, the guy said he could make it happen they are just booked out 3-4 months. The house is located under our house, therefore rebuilding the garage would mean rebuilding the entire house.

Upon discovering a damaged electrical wire causing my garage door to malfunction late one afternoon, I called a customer service rep at Precision Door. She politely and promptly scheduled a service technician to visit my residence the next day. As promised, a technician by the name of Eric appeared on time and asked all the appropriate questions before making repairs. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided me a reasonable estimate, and rapidly got to work. He not only replaced the frayed wiring, but swapped out the old electric eyes at the base of the unit in a jiffy. He was very professional, skilled, courteous and friendly. I'd highly recommend Eric and Precision Door to anyone needing garage door service.

Derrick was very professional and helpful. He provided the advice that I needed to make a decision regarding my older garage door which had rusted out at the bottom. He first checked my door to see if he could find information left by the previous company who installed the door. No information was available, so he could not proceed with repair, but he gave a suggestion on what I needed to do to find current information about this model to see if the bottom panel could be matched. He also gave helpful ideas regarding how to avoid weather damage to the door during winter months.

In today's world, dealing with some businesses can be a pain - no respect, no return calls to keep you informed as to when the service will be done, you know how it can be. This was NOT the case when dealing with Precision Door Service! They provided thoroughly professional, respectful and honest services. Imagine, ONE CALL and the appointment was set (for us it was the next day!) and that the serviceperson called me when he was able to come earlier and asked if that was okay (which I replied yes and liked). Our serviceperson was Eric, who was pleasant, friendly, professional and very respectful of our property! After meeting him, I immediately felt that this is a person who likes his job and will do a good job - I was wrong, he did an EXCELLENT job that was also done quickly and efficiently. When finished, Eric explained as well as showed us what he had done. This made us feel confident, safe and assured that the door was operating correctly. When my garage stopped opening for the 2nd time in about 3 months I knew it was something more serious than youtube could help me solve. Brian & team, from Precision showed up the next morning and fixed the issues with in an hour. They offered me 3 prices ranges and gave me good suggestions on my door situation based off wear and tear/age. They also weren't annoyed they had to flag me from my work station as I work from home. I would highly recommend these guys again for anyone that has Garage door issues. I heard horror stories of a few thousand dollars to replace broken springs (both broke) in doors. I got away with $960 and the door sounds way better/quiet now!

Tremendous service! Our opener failed and we had them come out the next morning. The tech (Kurt) examined the door and gave three options. He then did the repairs requested. He was friendly and efficient. I will call Precision again if we have any other problems.
