Initial contact for service did not go well. Operator's headset was not working correctly and kept cutting in and out. I called back again and was able to schedule a call but with difficulty. The service tech and a trainee arrived exactly on time as scheduled. They had the required cables and brackets on the truck and were able to fix the problem in about 45 minutes. Both techs were pleasant and professional in appearance. This was my third experience with Precision Door in 16 years. I will continue to call them as needed and would recommend them to anyone else needing garage door service.

Called for service on my keypad control which was just a year old and not working, despite replacing battery. Precision replaced the control pad at no charge and did the change out in less that 15 minutes. Both repair techs were polite and professional! Appreciate that you back up your products.

Was able to talk to a rep. & get the service I needed right away. Tried other companies with the numbers being disconnected or no one would answer. I know if I have a problem I can call & someone is there night or day 7 a week , even on weekends - Saturday or Sunday. That is reassuring if I have a problem someone is there to answer the phone & send someone out if needed.

Well Brian, since you asked... I contacted your company based on an add in our local phone book - Burlington, WI. Your technician Stu came out and immediately told me that my door was a cheap one and there was no professional garage door company that would touch it. He told me that it had a cheap easy wind spring system and that he could replace it with a torsion spring system. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate for the job in the amount of $983.95. I felt that seemed pretty high and told him I would discuss it with my husband and call if I wanted him to do the work. I then called the Joe Wilde Company. Their technician came out and diagnosed the problem identical to your tech. The price however was "jaw droppingly" less. They charged me just $380.00 for the replacement as well as lubricating and assessing the health of my other 2 doors! Thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion because a difference $604.00 for the same job and I have no doubt - comparable parts and material is shocking and you might want to review your prices and practices. I know that this review will never show up on your website but you know that you will never get a recommendation from me. Good luck with your business.

I chose Precision because I have had them do work for me before. Quality work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The installer was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns.
