When my wife and I bought our house we thought the garage door operated so poorly because of the age of the door. After Stu from Precision Door replaced our springs, made adjustments to the door and opener it now operates like a brand new door. He took the time to explain everything and they did not cut corners nor apply a bandaide to the problem. They fixed the problem. Thank you!

Bakari did a wonderful job. I called at 2:00PM, I was told the tech would be there between 3 and 5:00 PM, Bakari got there at 3:45 PM. He installed a brand new garage door opener and fixed the other garage door opener on the other side of our garage -- all in a couple hours. Super great service.. From now on I will only call you folks if I am having garage door issues or need service. THANKS!!

He was very knowledgeable. Tech was very professional No problems with tech, I would recall. I was surprised at the cost. $442. For 45 minutes of work. Very expensive. We were told no special charge for Saturday. Spring cost $169/Each Way too highfor service part.
