Good Afternoon! I called Precision door yesterday and they set an appointment for this morning. The technician, David, arrived on time. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. David inspected the overhead door, assessed the issues, and presented a quotation with a full review of the work scope. We decided to have the work done. David completed the work in a very workman like manner and to our complete satisfaction. The experience was excellent form start to finish! Thank you

Kudos to Mike for being friendly, personable, and going the extra mile to come up with creative solutions to some quirky problems with our garage doors! He took what would have been an average experience with a contractor and provided the kind of service excellence that left us feeling great about our purchase and our decision to go with Precision Door.

What I am doing now is the most important thing for a consumer. I always check out what people have to say about a product or service and this is how I chose Precision. They lived up to there ratings! Their service was quick, well done, and their service tech was experienced and courteous. Thanks for a job well done!

We set up an appointment because our garage door wouldn't work intermittently. Stu came out and took a look, realized what part was broken but also told us that the springs and rollers were bad and we'd need to replace them soon. He had all of the parts on hand so we got everything done at once. Stu was a great tech and did a great job!

I live out of town and needed repair on my recently deceased father-in-law's old wooden garage doors. I called from an ad in the phone book and to my surprise they were able to send someone that same day. My hour and a half drive to meet Dave the repairman was well worth it. He was pleasant, polite, explained the situation in understandable language and gave me various options. He worked for hours in the heat and humidity with little space between him and the garage doors and never a complaint. At 7:30p.m. that night I had a question of importance and the receptionist located him and he called me back immediately. My husband and I are most grateful for your company and especially for Dave in our time of sorrow and chaos last week.

We had a lightening strike that fried our garage door opener and a neighbor's. Stu was out within a couple of hours. He replaced the circuit boards, installed surge protectors, and repaired my garage door frame which I hadn't even called for. Calling Precision was a risk as I had no references and found them on a Google search. I couldn't be happier with the decision.
