Used your company 8 years ago to install a new door. when this one broke I went into my files and got your number. Door broke Friday night, it was fixed by noon Sunday. Fantastic. Aaron did a wonderful job. Didn't check your advertising until after. It was then I saw you give a discount to veterans. Wish that was mentioned at the time of service. Love my door.

I am very happy with the service provided by Colin today. He arrived at the estimated time. When I asked how the garage door could be quieter, he suggested replacing the metal rollers to a different type which he did quickly. Then all the hinges got sprayed. He quickly did the work. I will definitely call Precision for any future garage door needs. Highly recommend to family & friends.

So relieved and happy with the quality repairs, parts and warranty. We paid a bit extra to get better quality parts but but we’re covered for ten years and have peace of mind. You get what you pay for. No more cables and springs snapping and stranding my car in the garage!

Technician had no clue on what type of garage door, stayed on the phone for over an hour with experienced guy so he can tell me at the end that he THINKS that I need a new one. I have even thought I asked when I scheduled the appointment if they need my garage door serial bum and model so they can get an idea what they are working with. But they said they work with every brand and model out there. Basically paid $ 80 for nothing.
