I am satisfied with the repair but feel like I was ripped off on the price. Last time I paid about $300 to have this company replace 2 springs. In checking the average costs online, the average cost is given as $200-300. I was charged $657 which did include new rollers. I would never have selected this company if I knew they were going to double the price from what I paid last time. I complained to the tech but he just shrugged his shoulders. I hope this review saves some other senior living on social security from being ripped off like I was. Again the repair was fine and the tech friendly and competent. Just way too much money. Never again.

Great service overall. Easy and quick appointment. Our technician, Stu, arrived first thing in the morning, on time along with a reminder phone call. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problems and the steps to fix the door. I was concerned that we would be given an immediate sales pitch for a new door since the door in question was from the 80s. We were instead met with great service repair of the old door in less than 30 minutes! I realize our very old door will eventually fail completely so I asked about a new door. Stu took measurements, explained options, and was not all forceful on selling the option. I now feel prepared with a replacement solution as I know..and Stu knew, that eventually my older door is going to permanently fail. Thanks for the honesty and speed of service. I will be back.

I chose Percision based on cost and a good reputation. The tecs were on time, friendly, and did the job in short order. No problems, no hassles. Most of all we felt very comfortable with them at our house. I'd call them again if I needed help. 5 stars for these guys.

Very efficient service. I called Thursday night and had an appointment for Friday afternoon. The service man was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job and was efficient himself. My only complaint is that there is a $70 trip charge in addition to labor and parts. I feel if you choose to have the work done, the trip charge should be waived. Otherwise, my small 30 minute job still cost over $200. The part was $80 or $90, The rest labor and trip charge.

He offered solutions, and explained costs now and potential future costs with the scenario(s) and also based on warranties offered. It helped tremendously to make my decision. Then he repaired quickly, explained & showed the work, and gave me tips to maintain the door properly.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received for the replacement of our garage door opener. The technicians were friendly, explained what they would do, how to use the new opener and answered any questions I had. They even made sure that the eyes on the side of the door were at the right height for our small dog. Thank you!

For the most part I am satisfied. The workers were terrific, friendly, clean, efficient and explained everything. My two concerns are that the metal vertical supports on the inside of the door appear to be thinner and cheaper than on my old door, and the price was quite high. I was in a hurry to get it fixed but if you have the time I would highly recommend getting multiple estimates.

We called for a spring repair at 4 pm. They were able to work around our schedule and come the next day at 4 pm. They were here on time and very professional. We have two big dogs which didn't phase them one bit. They ended up replacing both springs and provided us with information on other issues we may see in the next couple of years. They were bit pushy at all and got the job done quickly!! We would definitely recommend them and will use them again!!!!

I was intrigued by your website and hopeful that you would deliver what it promises, and you did. I talked to a HUMAN BEING this morning who scheduled a technician to come out today between 6 and 8 pm. Josh called me at six on the dot to tell me he was on his way, and when he arrived, he assessed the problem and went to work repairing it. He did a safety scan and found that the brackets were installed improperly on a weird angle that caused the bracket to cut into the axle significantly, a disaster waiting to happen. He gave us several options for correcting the problem if we wanted to do that tonight, outlined the charges, and answered our questions in a direct and forthcoming way. He and Jason went to work and completed the job in a manner that exceeded our expectations. I consider myself lucky (and a little wise) for finding your company and giving you my business. My husband tacked Josh's business card right next to the opener in case we need reliable help in good time. Thank you.
