Ken Fogler was the technician that replaced my broken springs. He was an efficient and personable person. He arrived on time as promised and had my door functioning in short order. I am a do it yourself person but replacing springs are too scarry for me.

Our original service was for a broken spring in fall 2012. The technician explained about a complete service overhaul for the door which we decided to do. The service was very professional and we have been pleased with the outcome. I called back this May to have the door trim replaced. Again, they were on time and we are pleased with the job. Both times Karen told me who was coming. Both times I was given an explanation of the work to be done. Well done. I would recommend your company to others for sure.

When my wife and I bought our house we thought the garage door operated so poorly because of the age of the door. After Stu from Precision Door replaced our springs, made adjustments to the door and opener it now operates like a brand new door.
