I run a very bust body shop with a carwash attached one of the car wash doors became damaged and Precision was out the same day to look at it. Within 24 hours I was back up and running again since they had to order panels and install them I was very impressed! Thank you

Called with stuck garage door at 10:30am...they arrived at 12 noon. Excellent response time. Your technicians were extremely nice and personable. A very pleasant experience all around. I ordered a new door and opener(about time). Very comfortable with Precision doing the work. I highly recommend them...you're dealing with professionals, and that goes a long way.

Couple of nights ago the torsion spring of my garage door broke. I contacted Precision Garage door, set up appointment. Jason came and replaced both of the springs, just to be sure both of them are brand new. This is the second time Jason works on my garage door. Im very pleased with the service and the repair. Very pleased with service received. The service technician was knowledgeable and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. Was very pleased with customer service as well. Was somewhat an urgent situation to get the repair done; management worked behind the scenes to rearrange schedules to fit me in. It is truly appreciated!

I thought Jason was very knowledgeable about garage doors. He explained in layman's terms what the problems were just looking at the door. When he got up to examine the door he explained what he was going to have to do and what our options and costs were. He explained what he needed to repair and we were well satisfied about what he was going to do. With Jason's knowledge and skill if in the future we need anew garage door we will be looking at this company. Excellent job and great personality!

They showed up on time, then tried to hit me with an environmental fee for looking at my door and doing no work. I called a second company in, and they performed the repair at 1/3 the price that precision quoted. I doubt this review will appear on any website!

My technician was Jason Masch. He was courteous, explained everything about why my garage opener was not working. He recommended a new opener and was able to install it immediately. I appreciated the information, his quick yet thorough installation of the new unit and was grateful when he cleaned up. Not all companies do this and it is greatly appreciated when a company value my home as much as I do!

I was hoping that the work needed would be a minor adjustment to my garage door system after having work done in my garage the previous day. Unfortunately, the system needed a LOT of work as it hadn't been well maintained by the previous home owners, but Dan did a great job of thoroughly reviewing everything and showing me exactly where there were problems with cables, brackets, rollers, etc. While I wasn't thrilled with having to have so much work done, I was very pleased with the end result. The overall garage door system is now working incredibly smoothly and quietly and I won't have to worry about it breaking down at some inconvenient time!

Thank you for your feedback on our pricing. It is always good to get different estimates. What I do not know is if the doors are comparable doors. Are they the same thickness in steel? Did you select the same style? Options? Insulation? Do they have the same warranties? Without knowing if we are comparing "Apples to Apples", I cannot determined how we are priced. I do know that we are very competitive on comparable products.
