Colby did a great job in greasing and changing out much of the hardware on our garage door. It was the original door from when the house was built and a less expensive one. Before he started, he explained what all is was going to do and why. After he finished, he showed me what maintenance needs to be done quarterly. Thanks for a job well done.

The drive sprocket had snapped right off the top of my Lift Master motor. I assumed I'd be buying a new motor for hundreds of dollars. But Nick and his trainee took the motor apart and replaced the sprocket, all for about $165. This was my second experience with Precision. I would unquestionably recommend them.

He was on time, very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done, and then inspected the door further to make some minor changes that made my door work much better and a lot less loud. Very satisfied with this company. Turns out all we needed to do was change the battery in our keypad. So I would have given them 5 stars if they had made that suggestion on the phone before coming out. On the other hand, they did not charge us for labor, just the call out. And, in fairness, they did sort out a possible misalignment in the magic "eyes".

As is the nature of these things, my garage door failed with my car trapped inside the garage on the Saturday of a three day holiday. I called a competitor only to be informed the first time they could come would be Tuesday, effectively trapping us at our house for 3 days. I called Precision, who modified their fully-booked schedule to squeeze me in on Saturday afternoon. Not only that, Nick arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He was polite, professional, and not only fixed the door but replaced other worn parts. Highly recommended!

Wow, from the time I called them until the job was completed, was only 2.5 hours. Sedrick Huppert did an outstanding job of evaluating my whole garage door's problems. Believe me, most of the parts were in bad condition. All HAD to be replaced. Now the garage door opens smoothly and is quiet as a mouse. Sedrick explained maintenance procedures to keep everything running smoothly. It was very pleasant communicating with Sedrick, and he knows his stuff. Thanks again.
