Brian: Your Precision Door Associate just installed your top of the line garage door unit and changed out the wheels and fitted my garage door with a new pad. He was professional, sincere and very knowledgeable of your products and a dam good salesperson, since I spent twice as much as I originally planned for replacing my garage door unit. The young man that came out to my house this morning was fantastic! He was very prompt and was eager to get things fixed. He did a great look over and then reported the issues. I did not have everything done that could've been, but he understood. He said it would take him about an hour and he was done in less and everything works wonderfully now. IU would have him any time I need help. So pleasant and respectful. We need more people like that in the world. THANK YOU!!

I called precision door openers because of a flyer that came in the mail. I was able to get an appointment for an inspection in a very timely manner. Pedro inspected the garage door unit, made recommendations and explained what my options where. He was very patient with my questions and very thorough with his explanations. He also recommended a lubricant that I should use every three months on the moving parts of the garage door opener. Pedro is an excellent representative for your company. You are lucky to have him as an employee. And because of him, I will definitely recommend your company to my family, friends & neighbors.

From the phone call at the end of the day on Friday, to the news they could arrive the following day was a big blessing because our car was inside the garage. To the end of the service call when we were told the cost adjusted less and we would have a three year guarantee. The women answering our call was professional yet personable and the man working hard on the door we feel was honest and we were not push into spending more than needed to get door working better than ever. I called in to schedule an appointment, was told there was an available opening from 4-6PM. Technician called letting me know he was actually available earlier than expected. The tech showed up early, performed a multi point inspection gave me three quotes and after approving the service. Completed the job in a timely manner. Colin was very professional and informative. Would recommend to friends and family.

Yes I need a new garage door, but Pedro was professional, came early and explained everything I needed to know. He was there over an hour, didn't charge me and even taught me how to use my garage door manually until my new door comes in. He even gave me a vice grip to lock my door at night! Thank you Pedro!

I was impressed with my call to Precision on Mon morning and a technician arrived later Mon morning. The tech was very nice and explained a lot things to me. He checked the problem I called for as well as several areas. The Tech was very polite and professional.

We had 2 springs, a new motor, and general maintenance done on our garage door 9/13/22. We thought Joe did a good job doing the repairs needed. After he left, we noticed on our invoice that Genie model 2028 was installed, but we were charged for model 2128. Even though the "better" one was less expensive, it wasn't the one that was installed. We called your company and Joe came back to our house on 9/15/22. I asked him how it was possible for him to install the wrong motor. He said the wrong motor was in the box he opened. I believe he should have checked first that he had the correct motor before installing the wrong one. This has left us with a bad taste regarding your company. Your tv commercial says you are a company we can trust. I'm not sure that I could recommend you to anyone after the experience we had with Precision Door

Great service! The tech was polite and respectful. He told me the range of suggested repair/maintenance options. He was honest about what was needed and didn’t try to “upswell” me. As a senior citizen I really appreciated this. I would certainly use this company again.

Was happy with the technician who came to assess my door bottom seal replacement and pointed out some other issues to address. However I was disappointed that the seal I needed was not in stock and so he could not complete the order and will need to return at a later date when the seal is in stock. This despite the fact that ads emphasize the large parts inventory.

I was very impressed with Joe’s work, efficiency, knowledge and respect for me and my questions. He never rushed or dismissed me. He was thorough in his inspection, wasted no time, and once we decided upon what work to complete that day, he was impressively fast but never gave the impression of lacking care. His demeanor and work ethic are unfortunately rare these days, and I very much appreciated both.

Technician was on time and listened to my needs. He was unable to advise on moving an existing garage door since you do not provide that service. He did advise that if I were to buy a new door, he would refer me to an installer. In looking at the door opener and setting up remotes, he indicated that it would not work and would recommend a replacement. Tech did not attempt to power up the opener and indicated that there would be no remotes that could be programmed. Again he recommended a replacement opener at a cost of @ $750. No work was performed and tech indicated he would send me a quote if i were to reconsider. Have not received a quote just a request for a review. Tech also indicated that there would be a service charge of @ $85 even though no work was performed. Replayed the phone call and there was no mention of a service charge. Selected a one star rating but review would not be sent unless I selected a higher rating

Received same day service which was prompt and courteous. Service technician, Derrick Bozeman, evaluated issue with door not closing and explained what needed to be done and the estimated cost. He completed the job in about 45 minutes and showed me what to look for if I have future problems. Overall a good experience with service.
