Ken and Mike were awesome! So professional and thourough. Ken explained what was going on and what he needed to do to get our garage door up and running! Best part was the day after the door broke we called Precision and they were here within a ciuple of hours! Impressed is an understatement. Thanks for the great work and helping us on short notice!! We will definitely be referring all of our friends and family!

Your two men arrived right within the appointment time and proceeded to analyze the problem. They repaired the binding on the door and the frame. He serviced all the rollers and tightened the brackets. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He is a fine example of the quality of personnel you have in your business. The door works and I am very satisfied.

Bakari was great. He explained what he was going to do, let me know that he agreed with me that the garage door will need to be replaced. I already planned to do that this Spring. I will be calling in the Spring to get the door replaced and I will be asking for Bakari to do that replacement.

We used your services previously and were satisfied, so I called you again for this situation. The person who came out to evaluate the garage door was efficient, personable dealing with customers who would have to put out $$$. The installer, Steve, was on time, explained what he did and the follow up care required. It was at the end of the day and he still took his time to do the job correctly and spend the time with us explaining what he did and answering our questions.

When my new garage door was installed, there was a problem with how the opener would fit in the existing space. I am very pleased with the quality of the work done by Mike and his coworker. He was careful to explain what was done and how to maintain the door and the opener in the best way.

I appreciated seeing the 24/7 service listed on the website with weekend appts. My service tech was Jim, he did a wonderful job explaining things and was very polite and personable. I also appreciated the personal background information on each tech that was provided. I was able to know a little bit about the service tech that would be doing my repair.

We chose Precision because of their 5 star rating. The door looks great and after two additional service calls the door is working properly. Our third and final technician took the time to properly program the operator. I give the 4 star rating because two of the service calls arrived late (3hrs and 1hr).

We used Precision when the springs of our garage door broke years ago and had such a good experience with them, that we chose to purchase our new garage door from them. The gentlemen who arrived here were great. They called when they were 15 minutes out and arrived within that time frame. They were out to repair a broken cable , but walked us through the wear and tear of 17 year old garage doors. We had them overhaul both of the doors and with all that they replaced for us the doors are running much more smoothly and quieter. They also discussed with us some preventative maintainence we could do ourselves to help prolong the life of the doors. The best part of it all was the the bill was just as they had quoted us.-no add-ons or other surprises.

The technician that came to work on my door was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped with some minor issues with the door, but soon realized that the garage door was not something he could fix. He let us know that we needed to have and industrial door repair man work on the door we have on our garage. He offered a no-charge for the visit since he was not able to fix the problem.
