We have had Precision work on our garage door twice and both times we have been extremely pleased with the results as well as the technicians who provided the service. Would highly recommend this company !!!!! The service person who came out to look at my issue was incredible. Very informative, but very warm and made you feel comfortable with everything . The new door is wonderful, and exactly what I was hoping for and more. We had a little communication issue, but all was good in the end. Wonderful experience.

Called for service about 4:30 pm and Jezeral was was knocking at my door at 6:00pm! He identified the problem for which I had called and pointed out several more severe potential problems. Repaired all. I was impressed with Jezeral's skill, friendly nature and promptness.

Can't say enough how grateful I was for your immediate service. We were trying to leave for a vacation and our spring snapped on our door leaving us stranded and unable to leave. When I called it was after the overnight emergency service and all appointments were taken. I begged your center to have someone out and was put on hold then told someone would be by by noon. Gentleman was amazing and everything was repaired and we were able to leave for our vacation. No Other Place even returned our call or even tried to help us....soooo thankful for your effort and service....couldn't have left without you!!!!!!

To Precision Door Service Management: I just wanted to write a quick note on how happy we are with the service level we received from your Technician Mr. Jezrel White. My career was in management that focused on providing Customer Service running an Information Technology Help Desk for the Dept. of Revenue. I was on the job starting as an entry 3rd shift person to becoming top management in my 36 year career before retirement. Our team rated 98% in the ’Excellent ‘Category for an average of my last 5 years on surveys sent out to our customers and stake holders in the evaluation of the Customer Service we provided. In fact I consulted with numerous other state agencies on Customer Service and what it takes to deliver. The reason I am mentioning all of this is that I feel I am qualified to give your team an unbiased evaluation. As you know communication and customer feedback are so very important. It all starts with the great web site you have. It was informative and factual. The bios on your Service Staff were great. The communications via emails was second to none. Your staff provided great communication all the way from the start of our repair job to the finish. Mr. Jezrel White kept me informed all the way through the repair on timing, pending issues, and suggestions. What a great job Mr. White also did in making sure the repair was completed timely. Mr. White is very friendly and gives off a positive appearance. If all of your workers show the dedication he showed me on this repair, you are very lucky indeed. I would have loved to have these types of positive attitudes in the staff I worked with over the years. You could see he enjoys his job and the challenges that repairing this garage door he faced with multiple issues. Mr. White on this job from start to finish has been a great ambassador for your company. Customer Service that he provided should be a model to other companies. As you all now, COMMUNICATION is so very important and all of the staff involved in your company communicated as well as possible. I cannot stress that enough! Technician placed a courtesy call as requested and arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed problem and ran test to ensure door and opener was operating as expected. Explained the problem and provide advice on how to oil hinges to decrease the door noise. Very satisfied with technician’s service.

When my garage door didn't open, I found your company in the Yellow Pages and gave you a call. Your technician came out the very next day and fixed it, even though it was Saturday. I believe he replaced a broken spring. I thank him for his quick and efficient service. A 5-star rating for sure!

When arriving home from running a few errands, I opened my garage door and it stopped half way up. Hmmm. So, after remembering that Precision had a coupon in a Val Pak, which I posted in my home, I called them. I immediately contacted the company and, Tara, whom I was speaking to, arranged for Jezrel White, one of Precision's Madison technicians, to arrive that afternoon (very quick response time). Jezrel called and came over even 'earlier' than arranged. He was highly knowledgeable and pointed out several rusted areas on the overhead door cables, fixed my broken hinges, replaced the cables, retightening my springs, and FIXED my overhead door. Jezrel is very efficient and I would recommend Precision and Jezrel for any emergency. Thank you, Jezrel, Tara, and Precision. Erik Popp
