I called Precision because my door was not opening fully and they were quick to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out. Kurt arrived in the time slot agreed upon and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 10 minutes. He was very courteous and answered questions without hesitation! Great experience all around!

Our garage door broke yesterday, wouldn't open. We called Precision who came this morning and fixed it. We had Precision fix our door 3 1/2 years ago when rollers and track had to be replaced. Jacob Lewandowski was the technician and was so helpful explaining what needed to be repaired. Only took 1 1/2 hrs and our door is quieter than it has ever been in the 6 1/2 years we've lived here. Thank you!

Precision Garage Doors was wonderful to deal with and made everything so easy and convenient for me. Kurt came out and replaced my opener and installed safety sensors in less than an hour. He was so nice and explained everything that needed to be done, answered my questions and showed me how to use the new equipment. I couldn’t have asked for anyone nicer. I will certainly call Precision again if I need help with my garage door.

Kurt Schneider came out for maintenance work on our garage door that was installed a year ago. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with how to maintenance our garage door going forward! Kurt Schneider did a fabulous job! He was very friendly and professional. He went over in great detail what was wrong and what the estimate was for. He did make a recommendation and what we may need for the future but he did not force us to do the recommendations now. He complimented me on how I have been maintaining the garage door with the lubrication spray and how that has really helped any further damage to the door. I really hope I get Kurt as a technician in the future. He was awesome!
