He was prompt, provided clear, specific and proactive communication and went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was installed correctly and safely. He was professional and left the site clean and tidy. We had a particularly tough situation as our old, heavy door had come off the hinges and another company left it collapsed and inside out. Brandon immediately assessed the situation and figured out what he had to do in order to get the job done with a positive attitude. I would request him again and would recommend Precision Door to others.

Needed a garage new door. Precision Door, Nick Oelze, came out and explained all of the options and measured everything. Nick was great to work with - very pleasant, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Precison was the second company we got a quote from but based on how professional they were, responsive, timely, and knowledgeable we went with them. In one week our door was ready for installation and they did it in 3 hours. Great service! Would recommend to anyone.

Colby was very thorough and professional. I was just expecting to replace my springs, but he pointed out multiple other problem spots and recommended a full rebuild. I was initially worried that the extra work wasn't really necessary, but Colby took the time to explain and show me the other issues. He also explained the lower cost options, but only after recommending the most expensive option. I did feel like I was getting a "hard sell" on the full rebuild, which was worrying. After talking things over, I feel Colby did provide an honest recommendation that was in my best interest. So far I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. My only critical feedback is that leading with the full rebuild option was kind of a shock. I probably would have reacted better if Colby present the low-cost options first and worked up to the full rebuild option.

The drive sprocket had snapped right off the top of my Lift Master motor. I assumed I'd be buying a new motor for hundreds of dollars. But Nick and his trainee took the motor apart and replaced the sprocket, all for about $165. This was my second experience with Precision. I would unquestionably recommend them.
