We were very happy with our service appt. Pedro did a thorough job. He was very professional and explained the options to repair our garage door. We were impressed that you offer weekend appts--which won you the business. We called the initial installer on Friday evening--and they called us back Monday morning. We called Precision on Saturday and were offered a Sunday appt.

Technician did a good job installing new garage door springs and bearings. My only complaint is the price of the springs at $350 dollars apiece is a little too high. Thanks James Staska return customer

Jacob did a great job. Showed me the problem and talked me through why it was an issue. Professional and courteous. And, I like that you give me a Good, Better and Best option. Also, I appreciate walking through things after repair and giving advice on how to service/maintain. The only thing I can complain about is I feel like all the options were expensive. I did the minimal Good option and $1k seems like a lot for a couple of cables and springs (and requisite labor). I also think the trip charge should be rolled into bill if I elect to have you do the work like other business' do. I would definitely recommend, but due diligence on quotes I guess.

A knowledgeable repairman. Showed up on time. Didn't take a lot of time for an over 60-year-old door. But the parts were a little pricey. But I get it. Not to mention Biden's inflation.

Was happy with the technician who came to assess my door bottom seal replacement and pointed out some other issues to address. However I was disappointed that the seal I needed was not in stock and so he could not complete the order and will need to return at a later date when the seal is in stock. This despite the fact that ads emphasize the large parts inventory.

Derrick was very professional and helpful. He provided the advice that I needed to make a decision regarding my older garage door which had rusted out at the bottom. He first checked my door to see if he could find information left by the previous company who installed the door. No information was available, so he could not proceed with repair, but he gave a suggestion on what I needed to do to find current information about this model to see if the bottom panel could be matched. He also gave helpful ideas regarding how to avoid weather damage to the door during winter months.

Your technician was excellent, as is the garage door opener. The service was prompt and accommodating. My only complaint was was the actual cost was almost $500.00 higher than the quote I received on the phone. I realize that it is impossible to give a 100% accurate quote over the phone, but twice as much is an eye opener. The tech said that they were out of the particular model that was quoted. I am happy with the product, but have the haunting feeling that I paid too much

The young man who came to my house called ahead as he said he would when we made the appointment. We were told the appointment would be in the 8-12 window, and he called about 8:15. He was pleasant and courteous, and gave me several options for the level of repair. It was all over very quickly and cleanly.
