For the most part I am satisfied. The workers were terrific, friendly, clean, efficient and explained everything. My two concerns are that the metal vertical supports on the inside of the door appear to be thinner and cheaper than on my old door, and the price was quite high. I was in a hurry to get it fixed but if you have the time I would highly recommend getting multiple estimates.

James, Thank you for your feedback. That is a very good question. Years ago the vertical supports in older doors were much heavier, depending upon the thickness of the steel. The vertical supports do not actually bear any weight of the door, they are there for structural integrity. Some manufacturers would put heavier supports to compensate for the thinner steel skins. The older more heavier vertical supports also put undo weight and stress on the door and springs, causing them to have a shorter life span. Our doors are a 25 gauge steel skin which keeps its structural integrity better on its own without adding additional weight of heavy supports.

I called for a garage door repair at 8:00am on a Friday and they had a service technician to my house before noon! The service technician, Jason, was extremely friendly and explained the issue and the repair. He also walked me through different services I can have done in the future on the other garage doors if they have issues. The repair was done very fast! They did an excellent job!

$490 is alot to pay for 2 cable assemblies and reset Springs. Jezrel is an asset to your company. Very polite and very knowledgeable at what he does.

Thank you for the review. I realize that the cost you paid may seem expensive, however we have superior products and have the warranties to back them up. Sometimes "peace of mind" is worth the expense.

We were very satisfied with the whole process. I knew the technician, Jezrel White, from prior service work, so I requested his assistance. He was out as soon as possible and made a recommendation. Very professional! The company has a great communication system via email notifications and calls as necessary. I will think of Precision Door Service as OUR go to company has future needs.

Very satisfied with the whole process and the technician Nick Oelze. The customer service from the initial call was professional, and informative. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were readily available to my schedule. The website also provided a lot of information and discounts which I used to waive the trip charge. Nick Oelze was also very professional, friendly and did a great job. I am very satisfied with their product also however, it was a bit pricey but since they offer lifetime warranty I believe it's WORTH it. For spring repairs I would suggest future customers to know what kind of spring system they have when calling to set up the repair. Precision does not work with outdated EZ set torsion springs, and they will convert them to a normal torsion springs which would give you a better system overall along with their oil coated springs. You get a better product!

I came home to a broken garage door after hours the day before the long Labor Day weekend. I called the firm that had installed the door. They did not call back the following day, so I called them and they said they could not come out until after the long weekend. I called Precision and they came at the early end of the two hour time they had given me. The technician gave me two suggested routes for repair and improvement. He explained everything.
