We are very pleased with the technician that replaced our springs, especially when it was so extremely cold out. He was very pleasant and explained what he was going to do, and what he checked for us. He greased all of the wheels, and adjusted something to make sure the door went all the way down to the floor. From the start Harris was helpful in explaining what needed to be done to make the garage door work properly. He was very polite and professional and gave me all my options including the costs. I called Precision after a Yellow Pages search. After making the appointment I was able to read the reviews on our assigned technician and was confident that I had made the right choice. Stu came the next day and explained very clearly what had to be replaced. He was honest in his assessment and didn't try to sell us more than we needed (e.g. a new garage door). The work was done efficiently (thanks also to Stu's assistant, Todd) and the technicians demonstrated professionalism. I will gladly recommend Precision to other potential customers.

Great service! Contacted Precision Door in the evening and had a repair technician out the next morning. Our tech., David Bolek, fully explained the repair needed and had the new springs installed in 1/2 hour. Fully satisfied with David's work and the warranty provided.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The installer arrived within the quoted time frame. He was a very pleasant young man. His approach was friendly but professional. He was very thorough in his diagnosis of our problem. He quoted the cost of the various repairs we needed and gave us a few options. He worked efficiently, and the repairs were complete within a reasonable amount of time. I would not hesitate to use your company again.

The technician really looked at my garage door/opener to determine the cause of problems and then patiently explained all of my options. I asked him to replace everything but the door, and he stayed until almost 8 PM to complete the job. I certainly appreciated his efforts and the same day service!

He diagnosed the issue, had the necessary parts, explained the procedure, made the repair and gave me a full account of the inspection and work done and I got the invoice via email as PDF. I am very satisfied with the service I received. From the first phone call I made, the company went out of its way to take care of the problem I had Follow up emails, and a phone call from the technician before my scheduled time, and service the same day. The only negative was that the part I needed wasn't on the truck, so they came back out the next day which was no problem for me at all. The service itself was very good, friendly nice to talk to and knew his job well.

I got a LiftMaster Belt Drive Opener with MyQ Technology and a hardware overhaul package. Hard to hear if the door is opening or closing. Nice to be able to see the status of my door on my cell phone.

I received a postcards from Precision but chose them because of their quick response to my HomeAdvisor.com inquiry and the ability to get service within hours. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the repairs needed. The work was competed to my satisfaction. The company seems very well run and efficient from the initial contact to the on-site billing and payment. I can't comment on the pricing. I had no way of comparing alternate shops since the job had to be taken care of (the broken mechanism had to be fixed right away).
