The service repairman contacted me to informed me that he could make the appointment early (This was great). The serviceman was pleasant and cordial. He greeted me with a hello and a handshake! He reviewed the work that needed to be completed and clearly explained each step as he began to work. He completed the work fast and expediently. When finished he explained the work completed and the cost of all parts and labor. He also provided me with an estimate for other work that I requested for the future. This is by far the most pleasant and professional experience with a company that I have ever encountered.

Called with stuck garage door at 10:30am...they arrived at 12 noon. Excellent response time. Your technicians were extremely nice and personable. A very pleasant experience all around. This company was excellent. One of our door openers had stopped working so we contacted Precision. The customer service rep we spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. They responded very quickly and sent out a service tech named Rick who was courteous, friendly, and professional. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem as being a bad circuit board and had the opener fixed in no time! He then noticed that the light bulbs in our two openers were not the correct size so he replaced them for us with the correct ones we had on hand. Rick then inspected all aspects of both of our double garage doors and found no other issues. Before he left, Rick also lubricated the rails on both of our doors. Needless to say my wife and I were both very impressed with this company's service and professionalism

Stu was our tech. He arrived at our home and quickly determined we needed new springs and bearings. He took the time to explain what work would need to be done and how he was going to do it. My wife explained we were having issues at times with the garage door opening. Stu looked at it and determined the eyelets were not installed correctly. He fixed the issue for us the garage door works perfect. Stu was wonderful, professional, courteous. He worked quickly and cleaned up when he was finished 5 stars for Stu all the way around I recommend keeping this guy around. He has excellent customer skills and a great attitude give him a raise in pay and thank him for his service. Douglas Day

Dear Mgr of WisGarageDoors.com, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for employing Stu Ellenberger. He was just at our residence for a service call that our local Bldg. Inspector indicated was necessary due to improper garage door opener installation. The electric eyes on the door were installed at a hgt. of 12” from the base vs. the 6” hgt. that the Bldg. Inspector said is the correct hgt. As Stu pointed out, there is no state code governing the electric eye height. The mfg. recommendations are that the installed hgt. should be between 6" and 12’’, which it is. I must add here that the garage door openers have always worked perfectly! Thanks again to Stu for being on top of his trade! He saved us a needless repair and from fixing something “that ain’t broke”! He was knowledgeable, on time, courteous and is an excellent representative of what Precision Door Service stands for. Thanks again to Stu and Precision Door. 5 Star Rating for sure....if we could give 10, 15 or even 100 stars, we would!!! Jerry and Jeneene Heintz

The installers arrived right on time and got right to work. They worked tirelessly on the installation of the garage door. They were here until almost 8:00pm getting the door installed and working properly. They then took the time to go through the paperwork and the mechanics of the door. They left after cleaning up after themselves and making sure the door was working perfectly. I would highly recommend them. Their initial visit was the same day I called and that technician was also right on time and very helpful.

Colby came to fix my haunted garage door. Every once in awhile it would open without us opening it. We thought maybe someone in the house did it and forgot. But the nasty poltergiest was screaming for attention on Sunday, up it goes and two minutes later down it goes. So we locked it thinking it was a fluke. Sat down for a minute and up the door goes. Thank heavens unplugging it stopped. Colby came and decided it was the logic board. Thinking it was fixed and ready to write up the bill, down goes the garage door. Omg! What is going on?? After very patient work and calling tech support he had an idea on his own that it was the wall button. He took it off and with his experience he spotted the problem. We opted for another universal opener than a button on the wall. He got ius all set up. The mischievous ghost is gone and our door only opens and closes at our command now. Thank you for your patience Colby. That was a puzzle to figure out! And I'm so relieved I didn't need a new logic board or new garage door opener!!

Had two springs, bearings and rollers replaced. Technician was knowledgeable, made recommendations, but didn't feel like I was pressured to purchase 'extra' services. Service was done in less than an hour. Would use them again, but hopefully not for a while!

I liked every step of the way. My call was late in the night and the rep was able to get me an appointment the next day. Then the technician who came home walked thro the items that had to be replaced. Weighed the pros and cons. Gave the change in price for every combination of the replacement parts. A cable broke on our garage door and I called Precision based on the excellent reviews that I saw when looking for someone to repair the door. From the lady on the phone for scheduling to Colby (our repair person) my experience with Precision was awesome. I love that they send you and email and let you see the picture of your repair person. Colby was running ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier. He explained everything and suggested what we should do to keep our garage door in tiptop shape.
