The answering service was very pleasing and able to schedule an appointment on Saturday when our door broke for late Monday afternoon. Then this morning, they called to say they could get us in this morning, if that worked for us, and that was even better. The technician arrived, was pleasant, answered all my questions and explained each part that needed replacing or could need replacing in the near future. While I thought the part prices were a bit high, I was convinced that I didn't want to pay to do "half the job" and with a 280 pound door, I understood the wear and tear on the various pieces. All-in-all I was very satisfied with the service, our first, experience with Precision Door.

The cost of your opener was outrageous. I found it online for 159 less. Other than that, everything was fine. Your technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

I understand that comparable products can be found online at a discounted price. Some differences between operators found online and ones installed through a reputable company, is that we have a completely solid 7' belt rail for the operators, compared to a rail that comes in 3 pieces. These 3 piece rails will sag and flex, causing unnecessary wear to your operator and door components. Also, buying items online still requires you to pay for someone to install it and your installation warranty from a non-reputable company may be as good as seeing the tail lights of their truck.

The cable on our door broke. I called for an appointment and had one for the next day. A rep called to let me know the technition would arrive closer to the later time of the range given. I appreciate knowing that. The repair took about half an hour. He also did an inspection and found that the rollers were worn too. He patiently waited for me to check the situation out. I had him change the rollers too, because they were bad. I am very happy with the work and my door is quieter than before. I was happy with previous work he did and found the quality to be consistant.

Jimmy King installed our new garage door and opener by himself. This surprised me because I thought a 7 x 16 garage door needed at least two people. I was wrong. And he did it. Looks great. Works great. Enjoyed meeting and talking to Jimmy, and appreciated his professionalism. Looking forward to never having to deal with a garage door for a long, long, long, long time. I didn't know what to expect, since this was our first experience with Prescision, and our garage door opener was at least 20 years old, and not working well. Harris, the technician, was very nice and went right to work to diagnose the problem. He made some adjustments, and the garage door works like new, (well, almost; it IS old!) As in the past, I received outstanding service! I was a little disappointed that no actual paper receipt was provided. I do have computer problems at times and like to have a paper copy for that reason. My garage door spring broke on Thursday evening I called Precision Friday morning and ask if they could send someone, they scheduled someone for that afternoon. I had used Precision several years earlier so I was familiar with them. Mike the tech arrived on time, he explained to me what he was going to do, gave me some options, I decided on just changing the broken spring and bearings. Mike had it installed done in about 45 minutes, he did a great job and was very courtious and friendly. I will use Precision in the future for my garage door maintenance needs.
