I was desperate on Friday evening when I came home from work and my garage door wouldn’t open. Started researching garage door repairs and your company came up. After reading the reviews, which were all good, I called and was able to have a technician scheduled for Sunday. Dan was the tech and he was most personable, knowledgeable, and precise service person I have met in quite some time. I highly recommend this company.

We were pleased with the prompt help we could get for our keypad. The service man was polite and congenial and did the work quickly. If we need help with our garage door I would not hesitate to call them again. My only regret is that I had a $20 coupon which I printed on my computer and forgot to give it to the service man!!

Kurt was very knowledgable and thorough, walked us through the areas of concern, and discussed options, his recommendations, and the pricing. Due to an issue on our part, he couldn't finish the job in one visit, but then made sure they could adjust their scheduling and put us first on his list the next morning. He finished the job before 8:30. Very efficient and professional. Took the time required to explain everything we needed to understand about repairing the garage door mechanisms and the new garage door opener.

Precision employees have always been respectful and helpful. Today was the second time I have contacted with Precision. They are dependable and very timely with completing the work. I had been told that the technician was slated to arrive to my home between 12 noon and 4 PM. He actually arrive @ 10 AM. Wow! How great was this? VERY. I will be a returning customer should the need arise in the future.

I’m a bit late writing this review. On 2/14/21 during a snowstorm Derrick came out and took care of my garage door which was not closing correctly. He identified the issue made the needed repairs and had my door working perfectly. Great company to work with.

After our garage door spring broke and our car was trapped in the garage, we called Precision (office staff friendly and helpful) and they responded the same day. Our technician Kurt was prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and presented us with options. The repair was done quickly and we were completely satisfied. We would highly recommend Precision and are delighted with their responsive customer service.

Called @ 9:00 this morning and had a service tech here by 11:00. He thoroughly explained our options and replaced a broken spring and aged bearing. Courteous throughout and completed the job in just about an hour. Excellent service!

Our garage door opener quit working on Friday night, I called Precision door Saturday morning and they were at our house Saturday afternoon evaluating what we needed. The job would’ve been done that day, but I added an exterior lock release to our old garage door, Derick recommended Kurt come back out on Monday morning to install it, since he had more expertise installing exterior release locks. As of 10:30 am Monday the job is done and Kurt was a delight to work with???? Would recommend precision door to anyone!

Our garage door stopped working with our cars outside of garage. We called Precision and they came out the same day. Joe diagnosed it was the belt drive. We had a new Garage Door Opener in 2 hours. A nice quiet one with wifi. Our old Garage opener installed by Precision was closing in on 15 years old. Now our cars can be 4 houses away and opens with a press of a button. Thanks Precision!

I’m very happy with new opener and the WiFi option plus the outside keypad. Estimator did a great job reviewing my situation and gave me options. Quality of work 5stars and fitting me in quickly 5stars. There was a late change in the actual contractor on the day of the work (happens) and he arrived later than expected. But he still got everything completed before my return home. They billed me in two installments which gave me a week to go over the new work (if there were any issues). There were none. Installer then came by later to go over any final questions before sending me final invoice.
