Discovered the broken spring this morning and called at 9:06 am. Received a call back from Derrick, the technician, at 9:21 am, and the door was repaired and up an running by 10:30 am. Derrick was extremely courteous and thorough on explaining the issue and repair options.

My garage door broke down last night. I made calls to many companies. Precision CSR picked up phone within a minute wait time. She was able to schedule an service call next day. Service tech Joe was able to resolved the issue quickly. He was courteous, followed Covid protocol. He was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. My garage large door's opener's time had come to an end and we needed prompt service to have it replaced as the car was stuck in the garage. We got prompt phone service and next day Derrick came over, gave a clear overview of what needed to be done and what could be skipped and not only replaced the opener with a new LiftMaster model that is very quiet in less than 3 hours, but also checked and tightened the other driver on the smaller garage door free of charge. Precision Garage are true professionals and I will call them again with any of my garage needs. Highly recommended. Thank you for your help!

I called Precision Door Service of Madison WI. Appointment was scheduled for next day to replace tension springs. Technician Kurt Schneider called and then arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly, efficient and explained the difference in spring quality. An hour later Kurt was finished replacing tension springs. Kurt and Precision Door Service deserve the 5 star rating! You have an excellent employee with Kurt.

The technician gave me an estimate and charged me a fee for a replacement part and the service call and told me it would take a few days to get the part. A few days later he called and said he is unable to perform the repair because I purchased the garage door opener from Home Depot and said I will need to do the repair myself! WTF!! If

Stu Ellenberger was the technician that helped with our garage door problem. He knew right away what the problem was and told me how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. He also gave me a free can of lubricant for the springs and hinges. I was very pleased with the prompt service helpful advice.

Looked in phone book under garage doors. Looked for someone who serviced Raynor doors and within 24 hours time frame to come was a plus. The garage door wouldn't shut all the way. Dan was very knowledgeable and thorough besides being friendly. He was impressed by our old 1/3 hp Raynor opener- over 30 years old and no problems except not able to sync with newer vehicles. Raynor door 25 years old had a cracked frame on the top middle. So Dan wrote an estimate for new door and opener. Can't wait to have a new unfaded brown garage door and a quieter opener. Also looking forward to syncing the van to opener. So glad I called Precision!

Prompt service by a very professional service man. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and clearly outlined the options of the extent of repairs needed and some upgrades I might want to choose. My garage door wouldn’t go down. I called Precision at 3:30 and Dan, the service man, was at my house at 5:00. He explained that I needed springs, told me the prices and proceeded to put the springs in. He was respectful, kind and very knowledgeable. If I need to call for service for my garage door in the future, I will call Precision, because I trust them.
