Spring broke on a Sunday morning. Within an hour the tech arrived. Personable, efficient and professional, he was done within an hour, including clean-up. Was pleasantly surprised that there was no "week-end surcharge". Would suggest an ad in Washington Co. "Yellow Pages" where I looked for assistance. Daughter "googled" week-end repairers for Wash. Co. and was able to find your company.

We chose Precision because of their 5 star rating. The door looks great and after two additional service calls the door is working properly. Our third and final technician took the time to properly program the operator. I give the 4 star rating because two of the service calls arrived late (3hrs and 1hr).

Ken was on time to the minute. He was very courteous and helpful and fixed a minor problem that didn't really need repair, but needed an expert to show me how to resolve it. He suggested I could use new rollers for easier running and less noise, but I can't afford them at this time. If I do replace them in future, I will be sure to call on Precision Door.

Keep up the good work! Mike is a superstar! This house belonged to my grandparents many moons ago. I inherited it about 2 years ago and it means a lot to me, as my memories go back as far as I can remember. I do not live in it because of location, but I will never sell it. Mike took the time to listen to my story, and then got right to work fixing my problem with the sensors. He also looked over the entire door, including the rails and wheels, and proceeded to inform me of the good and not so good going forward. He made me feel like I was his only customer today. He also knows what he's doing (not fake) The marked trucks, the confirmation emails, and the friendly knowledgeable service all works for me.
