Excellent Service. My garage door spring broke Wednesday night. I called at 8:00 AM the next morning. I was told that some one would be at my house between 9 and 11. AT 9:10 the repairman arrived and by 9:40 he was gone.

The two technicians (Stu and Mike) arrived shortly after 10:00- perfect considering they were supposed to arrive between 10:00 and 12:00. They introduced themselves politely, quickly identified the problem, gave me an estimate of total cost and completed the work within an hour. Steve reviewed the itemized charges with me to insure I had no questions and carefully explained the 5 year warrantee period. Mike Gonyo did a very professional job on our garage door. He was able to locate the problem quickly, explain what was happening with the garage door when we tried to open it, and how to resolve it. He explained our different ways of resolving our issue. He was very polite and did not force us into buying anything in particular. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door because of this and the fact that they were able to respond to our issue quickly and their cost of service was cheaper than another well-known Garage Door repair service in the area.

I purchased the new Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener, WOW is it quiet! The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The features and quietness of the Liftmaster were beyond my expectations for a door opener. This opener was an install job for a second door that never had an opener. The install was fast yet attention to detail was a priority. Great job and I would certainly call again.

The technician arrived on the scheduled time, identified the problem and told me what had to be done. He replaced a cable which had broken due to rust. He suggested both cables be replaced. I agreed. He was very professional and new his job well. He also showed me how to grease the door and suggested I do this couple times a year.
