I used Precision Door for the first time as an emergency because my spring broken on my garage door. They were out here very quick, fixed it quickly, were very nice and explained everything they were doing and why. This time our service was on a rental property and my tenants had some issues, it was minor this time around, but again the service was great! Thanks Precision!

What can I say, Precision Door Service has been nothing but spectacular with all my reqeusts/needs! To date, I have had new cables and rollers installed on my door, new springs, and finally and most recently, a new gear and sprocket replaced on my 1/2 HP opener. For each and every service call, the technician is prompt (often early), very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. If anyone asks for a recommendation, Precision is/will be my only one! Kudos to them for the excellent service!

I would like to thank my technician for a great job and timely job that was completed. The garage door is now opening and closing better that it was prior and appears to be putting a lot less stress on my garage door opener.

The spring broke on our garage door. I called Precision and they were able to come out late on a Friday evening. Our technician was actually a little bit early and got right to work and he also found a cable that was about to break (as in "How it is still working is amazing!). After getting our door repaired, he took the time to go over how it works and what we need to watch for and what to maintain. I went from having very little knowledge to very confident about how my system works; and now I know when it'll be better to replace the whole thing rather than trying to keep repairing an old door. I wish every other contractor that you need as a homeowner was this excellent. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

My expectations were met by the technician. Seeing my problem, correcting it and suggesting new rollers. Our door works much smoother now. The Web information was very helpful to tell me, providing me with the name and picture of the technician before he came out. He was very helpful and did a very good job. Thank you for the service.

Called you guys and two other company's for a quote- you guys were $1000 more then the other two quotes I received. Obviously, a big price difference so I'm going with someone else.
Thank you for your feedback on our pricing. It is always good to get different estimates. What I do not know is if the doors are comparable doors. Are they the same thickness in steel? Did you select the same style? Options? Insulation? Do they have the same warranties? Without knowing if we are comparing "Apples to Apples", I cannot determined how we are priced. I do know that we are very competitive on comparable products.

Picked you from the Home Pages, not knowing what to expect. Your representative, Mike, was a pleasant surprise, and very efficient. The repair required Mike to "work outside the box" to get me back to operational. We were very satisfied. Did I mention it was the coldest day of the year?

I picked your company because I had used it a couple years ago and had a great experience. The technician this time was friendly and professional, too. He assessed the situation in the morning and then installed the new opener, rail, key pad and button for door. He reminded me to register the new equipment online. Very personable guy. I have recommended your company to friends because of the quick response and great customer service.

Our garage door broke and wouldn't open. Luckily, Precision was able to come and save the day. Jezrel White was our technician. He was by far the nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with.
