Technician arrived on time (10 minutes early) and fixed my door which would not open due to a misaligned track. After that was corrected he showed me other areas which would need future attention and when I asked if he could replace the worn parts now he agreed and worked almost 2 hours at night in freezing temps. This door is more than 40 years old and now operates like new. He was polite, knowledgeable and very thorough and I would recommend him and your company to anyone. Donna

We are so happy we called Precision for our opener replacement. Every step of the process from scheduling to the service provided by your technician Bakari. I told him he should have his picture on his profile like the other techs because he was better looking than me!! We had him also redo the work of another company because the spring repair we had less than six months ago was so shoddy and unbalanced it's probably why our opener failed. Bakari explained all our options and there was absolutely no pressure or surprises. Our garage now runs smoothly and quietly. We will definitely have you guys do our door replacement in the Spring, and we will be asking that Bakari come for the estimate. Our service was not cheap, but the end result is far superior to the work of your competitor...I don't mention their name in writing because we don't believe in bashing businesses, but we will definitely send our friends your way and not to the other company.
