Hi, Appointment was set up quickly. Service rep explained all my options so I could make the best choice for repair. Door needed a total overhaul. I live in a condo and the association thought the price was a little steep and suggested another quote.He tried to get the service chg waived but no one available to approve. However, I liked the rep so I went ahead with the work.

The two men from Precision were thorough about the garage door repair that we needed. They were done within an hour and explained everything that they worked on. We had previously needed repairs done which were completed by Precision and we had purchased their Lifetime Warranty package. The Lifetime Warranty package saved us over $200 on this latest repair work.

5 stars! Mike came out to check the opener as l was having problems with it at one time. Of course it didn't act up for the service tech. He did a few little adjustments and told me if it started again, to call. He explained the bill to me and about the charge being taken off if l called again within 30 days. Very nice tech and told me everything about possible problems and solutions. Thanks!

He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. David inspected the overhead door, assessed the issues, and presented a quotation with a full review of the work scope. I had the electronic eyes on my single door replaced. The techs did a great job. However, after the work they only checked the operation on the door they worked on. If they had checked the operation of the double door they would have seen it did not work. The electric eye next to the door they worked on was knocked out of alignment thus the door would not close. I have played with that eye several times and have it working, but it is still giving me trouble. I have never had problem with the eyes on the double door until now. (That door was installed 16 years ago.)

Our garage door cable came unwound and the door got jammed in the tracks on a Sunday. Precision had a tech out to fix it on Monday morning. Mike is a super nice and knowledgeable guy and got us up and running in about an hour. I really like the way the company operates electronically. They confirmed the appointment by email, took payment via the tech's tablet, and within minutes after I paid I received an emailed invoice, receipt and thank-you from the owner.

We set up an appointment because our garage door wouldn't work intermittently. Stu came out and took a look, realized what part was broken but also told us that the springs and rollers were bad and we'd need to replace them soon. He had all of the parts on hand so we got everything done at once. Stu was a great tech and did a great job!
