The young lad Precision Door sent to reengage my opener to the overhead door, solved that problem in about 2 minutes and showed me how to do it. He then proceeded to check out the entire system. When he discovered the cable on one side had a frayed strand he recommended replacing the entire system ASAP. In the process of checking out the entire system and writing,what I thought was an estimate (It actually turns out to be a contract I have to void before July 3 ,2022)He apparently threw the Safety light beam out of alignment. When I opened the door today,for the first time,it opened,BUT would Not Close. I want Precision Door to come back and correctly realign the Safety Light Beam to restore function to my existing system. I also plan to void the contract the repair man wrote,Before July 3,2022,and will seek estimates for Complete Replacement from other Companies. I will be gone until Thursday afternoon,June,23.Have someone call to make an appointment to realign The Safety Light Beam.

I originally called my garage door's manufacturer for repair service, but they wanted almost $200 just to show up. It seemed excessive so I looked up other options. Precision had a professional looking website with many locations and good reviews. They also are available on weekends at no extra charge, which is convenient for me since I work pretty much normal business hours. I was given a time frame of noon - 4, and got a call from Pedro at around 1:00 to let me know he was going to arrive within a half hour. Pedro took time to look over all the essential parts of my garage door, and then explained what was still in pretty good shape and showed me what was in most need of repair. He showed me a list of repair options including cost and warranty. I felt his evaluation was fair and honest with no pressure to upsell so I could make my best choice to fix what I needed to and leave alone what was good. Pedro's a great guy who I felt like I got to know a little bit and we shared some laughs. He helped be save where I could to keep the price reasonable. I have a small issue with an old lock that isn't very secure and Pedro did his best to tighten it up best he could but didn't have the parts to completely secure an old lock like mine. He did make calls to try to locate replacement parts and promised to follow up with me and I trust that he will.

We looked online last night when our garage door springs broke and was able to set up appointment the next day. With getting many options of repair or replacing the garage door, our technician Michael gave a great explanation of both. We decided to replace the entire door and mechanics. We called at 7:00 pm on a Tuesday night, technician Jacob called the next day and arrived by 8:30 am! He told us our options and was done within 60 minutes with the repairs that were needed. The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called at 4pm and before 5pm Pedro showed up and fixed it. He was great to work with and we were hugely impressed with him and the repairs.

Our garage door broke Friday night and I got up early on Saturday and made several calls to get the door fixed. Shortly after I received a call from Precision Door. They said they could be at my home around noon. I said yes and the repair men were there on time. They gave me three quotes for the repair and after I selected the one I wanted they did the repair. The did an excellent job and I would use them again.

Precision was suggested to me through Angi’s list. They contacted me right away and set me up with a same day appointment to analyze the problem I was having. Jake was my repairman. He was professional, polite and had a disarmingly kind disposition which I appreciate. He quickly provided my wife and I with a diagnosis and two repair options. Jake had us operating better then it was before the breakdown on a relatively short period of time. I’m skeptical of repair sales people and sales pitches but, I was extremely comfortable with Jake.

Needed Garage Door Springs replaced. Was able to get that taken care of the same day. You could tell that the Tech knew his stuff because he had the old springs removed and the new ones installed in less than an hour. He also recalibrated the garage door travel in minutes. Very satisfied.
