Technician called ahead of time notifying me of time of arrival which is always appreciated. He listened to my current problems with the opener and listened to my possible ideas of what was going on. Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night and we called Precision on Saturday and it was fixed on Sunday. Not only did they fix the spring they checked the whole door and found I had some bad rollers and bearings. The technician (Colin) was very thorough and gave me 3 price options. I needed a spring replacement. I called Precision Door Service. I was told this job usually runs 175-225$. However when the service man showed up I was quoted a price over 800$! I turned down the job but was still charged a 90$ trip charge! I get trip trip charge but 90$! He was at my house less then 30minutes and did nothing but give me a quote! Never ever will I recommend this business other then to stay away far far away!
