You did an excellent job. 2nd time I’ve called you. Excellent! Trustworthy! Dependable! I can’t believe it was so inexpensive. Not only did I guys fix it I thought it would cost more. You could have ripped me off but didn’t. I appreciate that. Thank You.

Fast, professional, and complete service. Our tech arrived on time, communicated his arrival well, and explained the work he needed to perform at every step of the process. He provided recommendations without being pushy. After he completed the work, he reviewed maintenance that we can perform ourselves and some best practices for security and safety. I can't recommend Precision Door Service enough.

Technician called ahead of time notifying me of time of arrival which is always appreciated. He listened to my current problems with the opener and listened to my possible ideas of what was going on. He did a thorough check of the door and through some good problem-solving, he came up with the probable cause of the problem. He was very kind and personable.

Installer did a great job, was polite and professional. They were able to arrive faster than other services and prices were reasonable. In hindsight, I realize I didn't need the up-sell of pulleys and bearings. Otherwise, very satisfied

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night and we called Precision on Saturday and it was fixed on Sunday. Not only did they fix the spring they checked the whole door and found I had some bad rollers and bearings. The technician (Colin) was very thorough and gave me 3 price options. Thank you for the great service!

I needed a spring replacement. I called Precision Door Service. I was told this job usually runs 175-225$. However when the service man showed up I was quoted a price over 800$! I turned down the job but was still charged a 90$ trip charge! I get trip trip charge but 90$! He was at my house less then 30minutes and did nothing but give me a quote! Never ever will I recommend this business other then to stay away far far away!

Our garage door broke this morning and Precision Door Service was able to get a tech out to help that same day. The tech Derrick B was amazingly helpful, so friendly, and gave us all of our options to fix or replace the door. I really appreciated his expertise and insights. It was a pleasure working with him!
