I just wanted to say thanks to Precision Door Service and the service tech Kurt who came out and replaced the broken springs on our garage door. Not only did he replace the broken springs on the door but he also cleaned up some existing wiring and made some additional adjustments to the existing door opener to make sure that the door operates smoothly. I had Precision come out to fix my garage door. They fixed the door, but it was really expensive. The worker that came was great. Once the work was completed the door worked 2/3rds of the time. I called to have them come back to get the door to work 100% of the time. The second time the worker came back I had already paid for something he never completed. When he was back it was a 10 minute stop which he tried to line up the sensors better. I got charged for this and was irritated by this. I also called and emailed to talk to someone about this. No one ever got back to me. Because of this I will never do business with Precision again.
