It took a month of repeated calls & messages before I even got to speak to a sales person. He was great and coordinated with a contractor to reframe my door. I started calling in August and eventually in October I put in my down payment but they refused to schedule the install until the door came in in December. I called repeatedly the first few weeks of December until they finally scheduled the install without coordinating with the contractor claiming they had no idea he was involved even though I'm certain i spoke to the same person multiple times. Finally, they scheduled me less than a week before I was to leave town, the first week of January, then cancelled the day before because it was supposed to snow. After a ton of back & forth they agreed to keep the original time & It rained, go figure. While I'm happy with the work, I was disappointed to find out that I didn't get certain parts I had paid for (they said they'd rectify it but so far I've heard nothing back), all the miscommunication with the office staff stretched the process out over 5 mths. While the install team did decent work and seemed to be nice guys they poorly cleaned up after themselves leaving me with about an hour of cleanup on my own time. Considering that I couldn't even get their competitor Geis to call me back I went with Precision. The 2 highest rated places in town both need better office staff in my opinion.

Note: garage doors and opener installed. We had your company do a spring repair in the past, and when we called, you had an estimator out the same day. I forgot to ask about opening the garage door during a power outage. There are no handles on either side. Do we use the small metal rod connecting panels, possibly with a rope through it? I got my finger stuck between panels on a manual opener in the past. We are very happy with the product and workers, especially the quietness of the opener.

Pedro serviced our door - we had a Precision door opener installed about one year ago - for some reason it stopped working Pedro identified the problem and even checked out the rest of our unit. I thought $550.00 to replace two springs was an extremely overpriced. The estimate started at $1100, went to $800.00 then $550.00 and I had to pay a $69.00 inspection fee which took about 5 minute’s to be told that. I can have the springs replaced locally for $150.00 each. Also I was told there was no additional fees for a Sunday call.

The spring on our garage door broke (on a Saturday, of course). Called Precision and they had a repairman out within an hour. Colin was very professional and efficient. It was repaired in an hour. Would highly recommend!

We had a major issue with our garage door needing repair as the panels and rollers malfunctioned to the point someone(we) could have been seriously hurt. The technician, Curt, showed up early in the am and assessed the situation and gave us options as to what we could do. He restacked the panels which we thought was impossible and gave us several quotes for a new door. He was very professional, pleasant to work with and will come highly recommended !

I chose Precision Garage Door by looking at reviews online from people in my area. Jacob called to let me know the precise time he would be at my house. After assessing the problem with my garage door opener, he offered three options I could choose to fix it. He was very good at explaining the mechanics of the garage door and opener and was very knowledgable. After I chose a new opener (since mine was 28 years old), Jacob installed it in a timely fashioned of a little over an hour, showed me how it worked, entered my code and was on his way. He also took all of the parts of my old unit and cleaned up. I would definitely call this company again.
