Yes I need a new garage door, but Pedro was professional, came early and explained everything I needed to know. He was there over an hour, didn't charge me and even taught me how to use my garage door manually until my new door comes in. He even gave me a vice grip to lock my door at night! Thank you Pedro!

Called late morning on a Friday to have the bottom threshold replaced. Our technician Derrick arrived as scheduled, installed the new threshold, lubricated the door and hauled away the old threshold. He’s serviced other homes in our community and we’re all very happy!

Mike did an outstanding job repairing our garage door. He was very knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and polite. I was also pleased that he was able to come within a couple of hours of placing my call to Precision. He analyzed the repair, explained the options for repair and completed the repair in 45 minutes. My technician, Pedro, was so friendly and explains everything that required servicing perfectly. He also explained the different options for completing the servicing and the pros and cons of each. When I decided on the mid price option, he agreed that it was a good choice and would handle any problems I was having. Overall, I was completely satisfied and will use Precision for all of my future garage door needs and will recommend them to anyone requiring service of their garage door.

We used Precision many years ago when the spring broke on our very heavy garage door. This time when the spring broke we were lucky to have technician Kurt arrive within three hours of calling! Kurt assessed the door, its fittings, and the opener, gave us three options and had all the extensive work completed within two or so hours! Kurt is very, very good at his job, explaining options and instructions clearly, performing excellent repairs, and exhibiting a high level of patience when talking with me and my husband who isn’t easy to reach by phone. We had all of Kurt’s attention while he was here and I was surprised to find out that he had another job after ours, such was his patience and attention to detail. In the morning,I had been worried how to get my car out of the garage and how long we would be without garage access, but those worries were short-lived thanks to Kurt and Precision. The door broke at 11 in the morning and all was working wonderfully by 4:15. Very impressive! Thank you to Kurt and Precision!

We had 2 springs, a new motor, and general maintenance done on our garage door 9/13/22. We thought Joe did a good job doing the repairs needed. After he left, we noticed on our invoice that Genie model 2028 was installed, but we were charged for model 2128. Even though the "better" one was less expensive, it wasn't the one that was installed. We called your company and Joe came back to our house on 9/15/22. I asked him how it was possible for him to install the wrong motor. He said the wrong motor was in the box he opened. I believe he should have checked first that he had the correct motor before installing the wrong one. This has left us with a bad taste regarding your company. Your tv commercial says you are a company we can trust. I'm not sure that I could recommend you to anyone after the experience we had with Precision Door

Our garage door started opening on its own. We woke up one morning and found the garage open to the elements and the animals that roam our neighborhood. It was one of those irritating intermittent problems that you could not recreate. We contacted Precision and a tech was out the next day. He did a complete inspection and determined that the mother board in our opener needed to be replaced. Since the opener was installed in 2004 a part was not readily available and had to be ordered. The tech came out installed the new mother board and reprogrammed our openers for $300, much cheaper than getting a new garage door opener, that have would run close to $1000. Works great, price was right, and service was timely and professional. We'd recommend Precision to friends and family.

I called Precision Doors because of your TV commercial and BBB rating. I called at 19:00 hours and spoke to a live person who was very professional and courteous. She gave me an appointment for the very next morning. The Tech was at my house at 09:00 the very next morning!! He spent time assessing the issue and provided me with three options. He thoroughly explained his findings. He was very personable and professional. An hour later, he completely repaired or replaced what needed to be done!! Was happy with the technician who came to assess my door bottom seal replacement and pointed out some other issues to address. However I was disappointed that the seal I needed was not in stock and so he could not complete the order and will need to return at a later date when the seal is in stock. This despite the fact that ads emphasize the large parts inventory.

Technician "Mike" arrived on time and provided exceptionally courteous and professional service. Fixed the garage door imbalance/level issue in 30 minutes, along with replacing the cables on each side. Great guy, and likely a very valued team member!
