BRIAN: I choose Not to give you any star/rating because of your business desires to over-charge. I called on a referral, not seeking preliminary estimate/range of service. I agreed to a $69 fee for a tech to drive here for a quote. We spoke, he gave 3 prices: Full torsion spring & shaft replacement to the existing door @$1000.oo (also plus work @$1250.oo & $1500.oo). I believed each was High Price, but agreed to the lowest dollar repair. Had I done my tele/ homework prior, ie Geis Door @ $272, Hartland Door @ $273, & A-1 Service @ $382 less $75 coupon= $305 (all materials&labor) I believe I am due compensation-You are not Fair - bad business!!

Let me start by saying that your technician was timely, professional and appeared to have our best interest in hand. After acknowledging that the particular equipment at or facility was more on the commercial garage door side and that your group typically does not work on this type of equipment he agreed to try and trouble shoot and make a referral to the correct service if needed. After reviewing our unit he determined that our problem was a misplaced sensor, made the adjustment and was on his way after testing the unit several times. One of your competitors, who's name is actually affixed to our equipment told me the day before your group arrived that the garage opener was shot and needed replacing which would have cost us $100's more than the service call your group performed, shame on them. Thank you and we will definately use you in the future!

We were able to get a description of what was happening with the door to your company, which included a black bolt that I found on the floor. That resulted in the repair man knowing what was wrong before he got here, This was his 2nd visit here & each time he was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He is a good PR person for your company. Although, we were unable to find a way to leave the information about the problem on your website. If there is a way to do that, we were able to find it. We decided to drive to your building & delver the info.

We had what turned out to be a broken door spring. We contacted Precision Overhead Door and are we ever glad we did, Our tech showed up before the scheduled time and took the time to show me the problems with our aging door system. No typical sales pressure gave me the time to decide on which opener to get. We decided and he copleted the work and walked us through the functions of the new system. What a upgrade. The only trouble is now I have to clean the garage our Tech was fantastic Highly recommend these people

Tortion spring broke with my car inside the garage without a way out. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door company who arranged an appointment to repair the garage door on Super Bowl Sunday afternoon. Repair person came on time and fixed everything in 2 hours. Great response, job well done. Everything completed was clearly explained and demonstrated upon completion. Very satisfied with the repair person and the company. One of the cables broke on our garage door on a Friday evening. I called Precision and they were able to come the next day which was a Saturday. Matthew Berends was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He did a great job installing new rollers, cables, and springs. Our door hasn't sounded this quiet in a long time! I will definitely be calling Precision when it's time to replace our opener which will be sooner rather than later.
