Jake did an awesome job. Work was done well and with efficiency. The garage door cable broke on a Saturday afternoon and he repaired it on Sunday with no extra weekend charge! Awesome! If needed, would use them again. Thanks Jake!

My garage door wouldn’t close all the way, so I contacted Precision and they sent a technician within a couple hours. Jacob L carried out a comprehensive inspection and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had all the parts he needed in his truck, and within 45 minutes he had everything working again. I’m super impressed with the level of service. Thanks guys!

Worked with Scott, our door was damaged from the great Oconomowoc hail storm of 2022. Scott was super friendly, took time to explain everything, and was just really great to work with. The 2-man installation team was hilarious, friendly, played some great throwback jams, and did a fantastic job. They were in and out in like 2.5 to 3 hours and their work was 10/10. If you need a garage door, you can't go wrong with Precision. Thanks for everything!

I was very impressed with Joe’s work, efficiency, knowledge and respect for me and my questions. He never rushed or dismissed me. He was thorough in his inspection, wasted no time, and once we decided upon what work to complete that day, he was impressively fast but never gave the impression of lacking care. Brian, Thank you so much for your quick response and the professional service! Garage door broke late Friday night so I called the office. Got help immediately and sheduled for the next morning between 8:00 and noon on Saturday. Derek showed up about 9:00 am and went to work. Talked to me about options and had a full inspection with honest answers. Derek was pure professional and a very likeable person. And... a seven year warranty! Called other companies but it was all autobot "see you on Monday". I know where my business is going now. Highly recommend these folks!

Precision Door tech solved my garage door problems very quickly. He recognized what was wrong and took care of it. I knew the price ahead of time and was happy with the quick service .

Technician was on time and listened to my needs. He was unable to advise on moving an existing garage door since you do not provide that service. He did advise that if I were to buy a new door, he would refer me to an installer. In looking at the door opener and setting up remotes, he indicated that it would not work and would recommend a replacement. Tech did not attempt to power up the opener and indicated that there would be no remotes that could be programmed. Again he recommended a replacement opener at a cost of @ $750. No work was performed and tech indicated he would send me a quote if i were to reconsider. Have not received a quote just a request for a review. Tech also indicated that there would be a service charge of @ $85 even though no work was performed. Replayed the phone call and there was no mention of a service charge. Selected a one star rating but review would not be sent unless I selected a higher rating

The Precision team arrived on time. They quickly evaluated the situation and explained what needed to be fixed. Both Springs, rollers, cables, a bent bracket and a few other items needed to be replaced. Eric N. then gave me my options and the cost for each. They got the job done in record time. My garage door would not open. Called on a Sunday and they returned my call within minutes. Bill arrived Monday morning and did a fantastic job repairing parts of the door that needed updating. It’s like a new door was installed. Glides open and closed with no noise and shuts completely. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great customer service
