We had what turned out to be a broken door spring. We contacted Precision Overhead Door and are we ever glad we did, Our tech showed up before the scheduled time and took the time to show me the problems with our aging door system. No typical sales pressure gave me the time to decide on which opener to get. We decided and he copleted the work and walked us through the functions of the new system. What a upgrade. The only trouble is now I have to clean the garage our Tech was fantastic Highly recommend these people

Tortion spring broke with my car inside the garage without a way out. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door company who arranged an appointment to repair the garage door on Super Bowl Sunday afternoon. Repair person came on time and fixed everything in 2 hours. Great response, job well done. Everything completed was clearly explained and demonstrated upon completion. Very satisfied with the repair person and the company. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring overhead garage door service.

One of the cables broke on our garage door on a Friday evening. I called Precision and they were able to come the next day which was a Saturday. Matthew Berends was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He did a great job installing new rollers, cables, and springs. Our door hasn't sounded this quiet in a long time! I will definitely be calling Precision when it's time to replace our opener which will be sooner rather than later.

Precision doors definitely met our expectations. Pedro called and was here very soon. He explained what he thought the issue might be, and explained what he would do to correct it. Once he found the problem, he fixed it. He then informed us how we could check on things, and maintain them and correct before they worsen. Pedro is knowledgeable, polite, efficient and thorough. Used your company 8 years ago to install a new door. when this one broke I went into my files and got your number. Door broke Friday night, it was fixed by noon Sunday. Fantastic. Aaron did a wonderful job. Didn't check your advertising until after. It was then I saw you give a discount to veterans. Wish that was mentioned at the time of service. Love my door.

I've used Precision before & I highly recommend them. They respond in a timely manner. Their techs are very nice & very helpful & very experienced. With all the frigid weather, my garage shifted & was causing problems with my opener. The tech found the problem immediately, fixed it & then made sure everything else was lined up properly. Everything is working smoothly again.

Arrived at time indicated and took all of 10-15 minutes to resove the issue. Technician Aaron thought it might be a bad wire, tried that first and that resolved the problem. We were shocked when he told us what we owed, pleasantly surprised at the cost. Kudos Precision. Will definately use them again if necessary

For the past couple days, I was looking for a company that has really good reviews. Google is so easy. Then I came across this company and I knew it was the one I would use. I called Monday morning and by early noon Colin was at my door ready to work! He talked to me through two different options. I chose the one that worked best for me. I had a broken spring, so there were wires sticking out everywhere. I also had issues with my garage door roller coming off the track. He fixed them and more and got everything looking new again! So happy to be able to pull my car in garage knowing that snow is coming again! Thank you Colin you made this easy for me.

I was so impressed Matt didn’t oversell me on something I didn’t need. Belt on the opener had jumped the track, but he was able to correct it by reprogramming the opener. It was a 10 min fix and that was what I was charged for (besides the trip charge). Plus he showed me how to do it and answered the q’s I had re: garage door maintenance. My mum’s used Precision and has always been impressed with and comfortable around all the technicians dispatched to her house. I have no plans to use anyone else.

This is the second time I have used Precision garage door to fix my garage door opener. The last was 12 to 13 years ago. This time I had a spring replaced and I had to have the attachment of the garage door opener to the garage door reengineered in the test it was coming loose. In both cases Doing the work was very professional and polite. Before starting this time even explained a little bit of what could be wrong after I showed him the bracket. He then examined everything came in and told me what was wrong and gave me the price differences if I wanted to replace the opener motor itself. The motor do not need to be replaced but was very old. I decided not to replace the motor but just put a new spring in and create a new bracket to attach the garage door opener to the garage door. He did a very professional job. He did not persistently suggest changing the garage door motor. He just explained it might be a good idea. I’m very satisfied with the two times I’ve used their service.

This was the first time we had used Precision Garage Door service...& I will most definitely be a return customer if I should have the need. From the scheduling staff to our service tech, Pedro Vazquez (who I would request in the future) - everyone was very friendly & polite to work with, & very accommodating. Pedro was exceptionally respectful of our home & our time...very thorough & patient - providing a detailed yet efficient description of service & parts needed. And, the service return time was very good...Pedro even called us & asked if we would like him to come a bit earlier than scheduled, as we had requested if possible...much appreciated! :)

Amazing service! A couple of years ago Precision came out the same day and installed a new garage door opener which has worked fantastic. On Friday, January 12th, during the worst snow storm that we have had in quite some time, one of the cables broke on our garage door. Without hesitation I immediately called Precision thinking that maybe they could get out and fix it the following week. To my surprise they were able to schedule the repair for the next day. Saturday morning, realizing how bad the storm was, a friendly woman called to check if our driveway was clear and if the repairman would be able to navigate our subdivision. I said, our driveway is clear but I wasn't sure about the roads thinking again that the repair would have to wait till Monday. Without complaint or irritation, she said that she had to make 75 phone calls that morning and would call back to check the conditions of our roads. About an hour later while I was cleaning up some snow, Colin the repairman showed up. Colin evaluated the repair and gave me an estimate. Once he began he consulted with me saying that he did not have to repair as much as he originally thought so the repair would be $200 less than the original quote. Colin could have easily stuck with the original price and I wouldn't have thought twice about it. He also made a suggestion to eventually install a new garage door, gave me the options, but did not pressure the sale at all. Colin was outstanding! He never complained once about the weather conditions or that he was working on a Saturday. I enjoyed Colin's great attitude and contagious laugh. My wife even felt bad that she had to rush out to an appointment and wasn't able to say hi to him. I wouldn't say price is never an option but based on the quality, timeliness, friendliness and great service, Precision is the only choice for garage door installation and repair. I would recommend them to anyone.
