Rob and Joe did a great job. They replaced cables, rollers and end bearings. They didn't try to oversell me anything that was not needed. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Very impressed with both of them. My only negative is that I thought the price was high. The initial $ trip fee and the markup on the parts seemed a bit much...$/roller and $/ end bearing. However, I was in a real bind with my cars trapped in the garage and Precision was able to come out with 2.5 hours after I called where other repair places could not so I was happy overall. I would use Precision again if they bring their cost for parts to a 50% markup.

After calling Precision Door, they were able to send a technician out to our house within a few hours. I was not expecting someone to come out so quickly or in the evening. Our door would not stay down and it had become a big problem. The technician replaced the sensors and also reset our keypad. The price for the service call, parts, and labor was fair and the work was done quickly. I am very happy with the service.

The work performed was the replacement of a broken spring on a 7' door. The technician also suggested replacing the adjacent door spring, which I agreed to have done while on site. I liked the professional appearance of the web site and the 24/7 service aspect. I was given an appointment time on the day I called which exceeded my expectations. Two techs arrived on site, one being trained by the other. The trainee peformed the spring replacement work to my satisfaction. He's a keeper!

The technicians were professional and efficient. They did a great job and got the garage door up and running within an hour. My only frustration was that the reason I picked your company is because of the same day repair I was told about and I made the appointment for Monday and when the technician showed I was informed that I would need a new opener but he did not have one and they would have to come back the next day and luckily that worked out for my schedule. Also the price we were initially told was $250 and then with installation $350. But when the other technician showed up Tuesday and completed the work we owed $450 which seemed odd that the price kept jumping from Monday till Tuesday. Besides the higher price and the two day repair everything was good. Thanks.

It is my fault I don't remember who came, I just know he had an accident with a deer. I had another person came out and they realized I had an old fixture and would have to come the next day. When evaluated it was realized that it would continue to break since it was an old setup and the door was heavy for our setup.
