I got home from a walk and discovered that my garage door made a loud crash and would not open. My car was inside. I got in and saw a broken spring. My children needed to be picked up from school, so I was a little worried about the situation. I went to the internet to find help, and your site came up as a local contractor. I did call others, but reached answering machines. Your live operator was very polite and said she would have a repair person to my home within the next two hours. Within 30 minutes Spencer was at my door and diagnosed the problem. He also did a thorough inspection of the door. He was able to make all the necessary repairs on the spot! He aslo gave me real quotes, no hassles. Two hours after I called your company my garage door works better that it ever has. It is quieter, looks a lot better, and clearly safer. I am one happy customer! That could have really wrecked my day, but Spencer came in and saved it.

Pleasant, professional serviceman. Our door is much quieter now, with the added benefit of a much stronger support piece that he replaced our old one with. Spencer took care of exactly what our problem was, quickly and thoroughly. Thank you!
